@JayJ that's a limited sample size. Not saying that you don't have 10,000 friends but these numbers are covering more quantitative data.

Enjoying this thoroughly on my Switch. Cross play with my PS4 is a blessing. This can def be patched up a bit more but it's not broken or unplayable. You do have to grind to learn the systems but they are not overly complicated. The game is just plain fun.

@rjejr thanks for the er... update? Switch lite is a great value IMO though especially for busy folks who commute in big cities. The OG switch is basically my home console and since my family hogs up all the televisions, I use the light to get my 30 minutes of playtime until my son jumps on my head.

I'm enjoying it... Much better than that fortnight garbage. The systems don't overwhelm you and best of all. I don't have to pay a cent to enjoy it with my buddies. Think of it as a monster Hunter world "lite"

@cmlobue this is my go to Nintendo site they gave the game an 8 while everyone publication praised it.

The only way to own these games. I'll dish for this not the digital.

Well let's hope they add events and modes in updates. The retro mode sounds great but there should be enough content to satisfy single and multiplayer audiences or most will wait until it goes on sale. I guess I will wait this one out like I did with tennis aces

Yeah I was really surprised when I saw it sitting used at a GameStop and the map and booklet stayed intact! I def hold on to this one, it's a great game and has potential to become a rare item. I mean I don't think it will ever go on another physical run

@Keldorek I hear you. I actually love bloodstained on the switch. I'm one of the few that really didn't have any issues with the game in it's current form. I'm not sure if Mr. M. is being cheeky about this release or is actually disillusioned TBH or maybe I'm just a big softy! Well I hope he makes peace with the fact that all systems and all things have limitations and roadblocks and those things will always trickle down to the consumer.

Excellent game for what it is. I'm glad it's doing so well to warrant a physical release. I won't be picking it up as I have the digital release and would likely wait for it to go on sale if I want to get it physical. Just too many games on the Switch!

This game is @#$& amazing don't listen to this review if you are on the fence and yes I'm talking about the switch version. I love NL but don't miss out on an awesome game because of an average review

@Mr_Muscle can you describe "ho hum?" what types of games that you like are not "ho hum?" Bayonetta and its sequel are widely revered as action classics. You have the right to your opinions, but I think you need to provide more context if you want to come here and make bold claims. If not well oh well have fun playing whatever it is that you play!

@PBandSmelly exactly! Why created such a divide between original switch owners and those who have or want the revision. I have been fortunate to have 0 problems with my switch and when I travel I have a reliable backup power source to get me through the intense games. The warmer screen is not my cup of tea but to each their own. There is already a mass exodus of people trading/selling their original switches and paying the extra hundred or whatnot just to get the revision. Not worth it IMO. I'm more interested in the switch lite because not only does it have the new chip set, but it gives me the option to carry smaller a device around that runs the same games, is compatible with most current peripherals and naturally has a better battery life. It will act as a complementary device rather than a replacement (and its only $200 (USD). So yeah thank my 2 pounds or cents lol

As a game this should get an 8 @nintendolife stop screwing up their metacritic score lol! Other sites are giving this great praise. Def a fun game to collect as a fan or if you love beating **** up in crazy style!

Actually a great game for what it is. Deep enough game play beautiful presentation and most importantly fun. The anime is hilarious and yes kinda pervy but most of them are. I think the characters are awesome and the idea of social justice and hierarchies are handled very well. Main character is very sassy and motivated. Anyway good game I give it an 8, but this will have to wait on my play list because well... just look at July releases lol. My advice to enjoy this to the fullest if anything is to watch the anime and then pick this up. You will def want to control all the colorful characters in this game.

@Sabroni exactly and as of now the demo is out in the US eShop and fully playable. Good stuff from what I see.

You can download the demo right now on the American eShop. A full week before the game comes out. Looks and plays great. Picking this one up!

@Xelha to each their own, IMO its silly playing the game now. I hope you change your mind as its pretty great and 20 bucks for all that content...

This just makes me want the switch lite even more as a secondary device.

@Kang81 yeah its a port free to play mobile game not available in the U.S. just pay a few less bucks and get 9 parchments or go all in and get Diablo 3.

@Cosats why are people hating on this? Nintendo needs these releases and support from Capcom. Think beyond the switch as well. Capcom will notice the support that they receive and make their best for the switch and beyond. Hell the ports are just fine. Hell with the Witcher 3 coming out for switch; how can it not be feasible for monster hunter world to get thrown on there or its next iteration? When they find a way to fit DMC 5 on the switch lets see the flute that you guys start playing.

I have this on my maxed out PC and I'm still getting this! Just an amazing feat technically seems to be brewing with this release.

I have never played any of them and this looks absolutely fantastic! I just might take the jump!

@thesilverbrick Exactly! With proper marketing and attention quality development , a new BK game would sell extremely well. The characters will be in smash; giving them further exposure and getting the original on the eshop is a great Idea. Cmon we have Yokalalee in existence. These characters have personality!

Even with these concessions I wonder if people understand the implications that the Switch is getting this excellent title that can be taken on the go! I have this running on my PC at MAX, but I will still be buying this version will definitely finish it this time around hehe
