I don't care about the changes in the slightest. I'll still be getting this game and I'll enjoy it as much as I would have without the changes.

I buy all my 3DS games from the eshop. It's easier than having to tote around a bunch of games.

I don't really buy eshop games on the Wii U though, simply because of storage. I have the 32GB model and that may be good for a smartphone or tablet, but it's pathetic on a home console. It's not super practical to set up an external hard drive for the Wii U in my current set up either so it's easier just to buy disks.

Personally I think this is a fine line. Calling it censorship is way over the top, but I do worry about it in terms of representing body types. A lot of people who play games with character creation like to make someone who looks like them, and women with larger or smaller breasts won't be able to represent themselves in the game.

I appreciate what Nintendo is trying to do, but I do worry about it coming across as body shaming.

I very much hope this is a real account system and we can finally drop the silly "system transfer" stuff.

Let me preface this by saying I have played the first game and I mostly enjoyed the gameplay. I'm also not against attractive female characters, however the way that the characters in this game (and many games) are portrayed is objectifying. Here's a game that I think portrays otherwise strong female characters but presents gratuitous boob and panty shots and has them strip down to a bikini to "power up".

I'm not at all saying these are bad games or that anyone should feel like a bad person for playing them. But the mocking and ignorance of the issues is very upsetting to me, I'd like to think the Nintendo community is a little more inclusive than other gamer communities.

I wasn't going to buy this but now that I know this I'm definitely picking one up. I have a GameCube controller sitting around so I'll just have to buy an adaptor. I actually bought it originally to play Super Smash Bros Brawl and Mario Kart Wii when I had a Wii so it will be nice to play those games like this again.

Maybe I'll try some other games like Assassin's Creed Black Flag. THAT will be something.

So excited, should be coming in from Amazon within a few hours (UPS is usually pretty early where I live). Since I work from home it's going to take a lot of discipline to not play it.

I'll be grabbing Star Fox. I've been meaning to get it for a while. I don't buy physical releases so this is probably as cheap as I'll get it.

I'm looking forward to this. I really enjoy these games, I find them very satisfying to play but I find the sheer number of characters overwhelming. I think Hyrule Warriors will be right up my alley.

This is cool. I enjoyed the game on Mac, but I would totally play it again on Wii U.

As a side note, holy crap those slides are hideous.

I'm currently playing the first one on and off and I really have been enjoying it. This one looks much better gameplay wise, but the environments seem kind of bland compared to the original. I'll probably still pick it up though if it comes out in the US.

While the 3rd party situation on the Wii U isn't helping, I'm sure the fact that it's not coming to the PS3 or 360 factors in as well. Any games that aren't coming out for those consoles don't have a chance in hell of showing up on the Wii U sad to say.

I'd love to see some more details and maybe release months (at least) for X and Bayonetta 2. Some news on N64 and/or GameCube on the virtual console would be nice.

As for some pie-in-the-sky dreams, a 2D Metroid for the 3DS, next Zelda coming this year (not likely because of Hyrule Warriors), and the announcement of a 3D Mario game like Mario 64, Sunshine, Galaxy, etc.

If this gets canceled I am never buying another game from Ubisoft on any platform. This is the game that got me excited for the Wii U and now I feel like a sucker.

I never got around to picking up Retro City Rampage on any other platform so I will definitely be picking that up. I'll also be picking up Bravely Default since I've been loving the demo so far.

Watch_Dogs, Hyrule Warriors, Mario Kart 8 and X are what I'm really looking forward to this year.

Gee, I wonder if we'll be getting at least one new sport to download.

I will be getting Senran Kagura Burst and Adventure Time on 3DS. Nothing for me on the Wii U until Super Mario 3D World.

I don't think any game can be "perfect", but Ocarina of Time and Windwaker (and to some extent Skyward Sword) are the closest to perfect the series has come. What I'd love to see is Skyward Sword controls (refined, of course) in a game world with as much to do and discover as Windwaker and as many dungeons as Ocarina of Time.

I'll take one. The only problem I have is deciding which color (besides yellow, that one is hideous).

When I found this out, I was super grateful for my habit of saving inside buildings. Still, I'm glad Nintendo is fixing this pretty severe bug.

Super disappointed as it was one of the 2 3rd party Wii U games I was really looking forward to. But on the other hand I'll have a little extra money.

Splinter Cell and Pokémon Y. That's about it. My Animal Crossing friends are going to be suffering some neglect for a while.

@darkswabber Good to know. I honestly am not a fan of season passes because I usually only get single player DLC so it actually saves me money to not buy them.

Perhaps I'm being a bit optimistic but this seems like it just means that we won't be getting the season pass. Kinda sucks, but I don't think Wii U has ever got a season pass for any other DLC.

I don't mind DLC and I'm glad that the Wii U version will be getting some. What I HATE is DLC getting announced before the game is even released.

@ULTRA-64 I imagine it will be comparable to the PS3/360 versions with some extra tablet controls. Though after Splinter Cell who knows.

I put Watch_Dogs since I've been looking forward to that one for a while, and it's basically the reason I decided to get a Wii U, which was before my other 2 picks Super Mario 3DS World and Windwaker HD were even announced. I might pick up AC4 if I have enough money though.

I like what they've done with storage on the Wii U and 3DS. It's not a perfect solution, but it's the most consumer-friendly way to do it without asking people to take apart their systems. I've done that with my PS3 a few times, but I'm comfortable with that kind of stuff and I realize that to a vast majority of people taking a screwdriver to any piece of hardware, even if it's just to take off a panel, is daunting.

But Nintendo NEEDS to fix up their online store implementation. Yes, they need to implement an account system, that's a given. But the way the eShop is organized is pretty bad. It's not very intuitive to browse, especially on the 3DS which makes it hard to find the game you're looking for. You could spend hours browsing and not find half the games on the service (usually older titles that have gotten buried under new releases). The Wii U eShop isn't as bad though, but who knows what it will be like in a few years time.

As for accounts though, I buy most of my 3DS games digitally for portability, but I shouldn't have to worry wether I can get my digital games back or not if someone steals my 3DS. If the same thing happens to my phone I can just pick up a new one, log in to my account, and everything will be exactly like it was on the old one. In the modern age of technology the fact that Nintendo can't even give us access to our game collection via an account system is inexcusable.

Hoping to FINALLY start Shin Megami Tensei IV. Bought it on release day, and I haven't even popped it in yet.

Wow busy week for me. I was already planning on downloading Pokémon Rumble U, but looks like I'll also be grabbing Bit.Trip Saga and The Legend of Zelda. I will be picking up a physical copy of Rayman Legends however.

I'll probably play Animal Crossing New Leaf to try my hand once again at the bug contest. Hopefully finish up Tales of the Abyss so I can start Shin Megami Tensei IV.

Mighty Switch Force 2. The first is one of my favorite eShop titles on the 3DS so far.

I played the heck out of this and Rogue Squadron when I was a kid. Easily one of my favorite N64 games. Always hoped they'd come to the virtual console, but with Disney owning Star Wars now I don't have my hopes up now.

Rhode Island left out as usual. Grrr...

I wouldn't mind Nintendo pushing eshop purchases, in fact I'd gladly buy all my games from the eshop, if they were tied to my nintendo network account and not my console. If anything happens I'm not only out a Wii U, but an entire game collection.
Of course wether Nintendo is actually deliberately causing shortages is up for debate.
