Re: Shigeru Miyamoto Thinks You Should Give Star Fox Zero Another Try

djtwenty9

I think DLC would help, two more universes to traverse would be solid. You don't need multiplayer.. But StarFox is a really entertaining game, I had a lot of fun playing it, also loved the challenge, I just wanted more of it. Having the multiple paths is great but I just wanted some more Land master levels... more open dogfights with other characters... DLC please

Pikmin was awesome.. I just never had any friends to play with, because all my friends are COD noobs that think if it's colorful it isn't good.

@TwilightOniAngel lol I like how my comment got moderated, probably because you reported it like the little weasel you are. Snitches get stitches don't forget. And Sony's conference was so much better than Microsoft, did you really just say Microsoft? No one cares about who's presentation was best, E3 is about the games and people just get so hissy because Nintendo showed one of the best if not the best of the show, people were so hissy about Nintendo mainly only showing Zelda... but when you have mobs of people stampeding to Nintendo's booth... Ya Nintendo won, playboy!! Lol sukka

Re: Xenoblade Studio Monolith Soft Is Helping Make Zelda: Breath Of The Wild

djtwenty9

I think many people are mistaken about the influence that Monolith has. All the art direction is from Nintendo, puzzles and enemies as well. Now this is only assumptions, but I think where Monolith is helping is in developing the open world, the tricks they used to optimize performance and coding... Nintendo is wise to utilize Monolith, but most of the game's direction is from Nintendo... I love the world in XCX, but the art direction in TBotW is incredible.

Re: Delays With The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Due to Physics Engine and Dual Release Decision

@jobunker I think you fail to see the complexity and fluidity of the new title... There is a lot of stuff going on and from my experience with open world games, the new Zelda looks very polished and exciting. You can't seriously think that Nintendo makes every game with your vision in mind. They do what they want, Nintendo is a brilliant company and they make great games that actually feature gameplay at it's core. The gameplay elements change all the time. This new Zelda is straying far from the past decade of titles.

Re: Delays With The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Due to Physics Engine and Dual Release Decision

@jobunker I mean sure, I saw a racing game this E3, how many of those have we seen? I also saw some FPS at E3, man... These developers are sure creative aren't they? People who say that Nintendo shoves the same game down our throats are just pathetic arguments. Most games that have sequels start off in their basic form and then overtime grow and expand into different and more complex creations, Graphical and Game mechanics... If you follow the evolution of Zelda, it is not the same game thrown in your face... You have similar concepts, but you also have different interpretations and this iteration is obviously very special. No open world has the dungeons that this game will have, and that is a major seller for me in the Zelda Universe are the puzzles. The action and physics is all a bonus.

@kobashi100 it's crazy for you to think that Nintendo is going to ignore everything else coming to WiiU and 3DS. Really bro? let them have their time with Zelda, its been in development for over 5 years, they are obviously proud of it and want to showcase it. If you worked on something for over 5 years I am sure you would want to do it justice and give it the most coverage and attention as you could.

Re: Nintendo Confirms Its E3 Plans for The Legend of Zelda

With all due respect, only hardcore fans will purchase the NX at launch. I don't even know many friends that bought a PS4 or Xbone at launch. I don't even know anyone that bought a WiiU launch. I didn't get a WiiU at launch and it was my only system I bought this generation. My point is, people still play xbox360 and ps3, I am sure there are a bunch of kids still playing their Wiis. Considering Nintendo isn't going to sell the NX for a loss, my bet it is going to be in the $500 range.. as a parent, would you spend $500 to play Zelda? or would you spend $300 with an extra game to play Zelda?

Re: Nintendo Confirms Its E3 Plans for The Legend of Zelda

djtwenty9

I for one am excited for E3 and I am glad Nintendo is taking the time to showcase Zelda... The one game that could get millions more people to purchase a WiiU. If we got a different event where they only spent 30 minutes covering Zelda, then people would complain that it wasn't enough... People are just never happy, never satisfied and never have understanding, the one thing that Iwata asked for. Bring it on Nintendo, my body is ready!

Re: Wii U "Disappointing To Everybody" But We're Excited About Nintendo NX, Says GameStop CEO

djtwenty9

I love my WiiU and it was the only gaming console I bought this generation and I will continue to buy Nintendo Products, to me there is no reason really to purchase the other two when I own a PC and can play almost everything I want on that platform. Nintendo is one hell of a company to support their own platform, and the games this generation were some of the best from the company. I CAN NOT WAIT FOR ZELDA! I just hope a lot of the things that the WIIU did will carry over, like MiiVerse.

Re: The Legend of Zelda for Wii U Will Be The Only Playable Nintendo Game at E3

djtwenty9

There are countless developers that show up to E3 with one game. nintendo was always one of the few that had more. This doesn't concern me as much as it excites me to see the world of Zeldawiiu, this game has been in developement for a very very long time. The only thing that makes me upset is that i purchased the WiiU for zelda and although I do want the NX, I hope theres more to offer at launch.

Re: Talking Point: Metroid Prime: Federation Force and Entitled Fury

djtwenty9

I want to give up on gaming not because of Nintendo but because of the ridiculous cry-baby attitudes of the fans. It is just absurd. I thought the whole point of Nintendo is to be non-judgmental and just wait and try it for yourself. Playing is believing, but I mean this has been going on since the early days. Wind Waker anyone?

Re: Bayonetta 2 Triggered Platinum's Involvement With Star Fox Zero, Studio Is Also Working On Project Guard

djtwenty9

@abe_hikura Dude, that's what I keep telling people. This game is impressive for rendering two screens at 60 FPS. They are sacrificing graphic power for that reason. It's a lot like Super Mario 3D World, where they had to sacrifice graphics for the ability to play as four 3D characters simultaneously. I wasn't impressed with SM3DW E3 until a couple directs after and finally when I played it.

Re: Don't Worry, The Legend of Zelda is Still Coming to Wii U

djtwenty9

People are just so damn impatient these days, it doesn't matter if all the games in the world were shown, people would still complain about something. I own more than 10 must have gorgeous games on the WiiU and I plan to own more, as far as I am concerned Nintendo has done a very good job of supporting the WiiU and I feel I have already gotten my moneys worth. I still have Xeno to look forward to, I still have Mario Maker and Devils Third and a couple 3DS games as well. Sounds good to me.
