Even if you're not a fan of the books or the TV show, there's no denying that Game of Thrones is a big media property at the moment. Combining elements of high fantasy with generous helpings of intrigue, violence and rumpy-pumpy, the world of Westeros is beloved by millions all over the globe.
Another fantasy property with a slightly different take on the whole swords and sorcery template is Nintendo's Legend of Zelda - although given the advanced age of the franchise, it's likely that many fans are also into Game of Thrones.
With that in mind, we present to you this incredibly polished fan-film by the guys over at Megasteakman. It's got it all - shady alliances, bloodthirsty murder and of course an execution carried out by a raging horde of Cuccos.
Although the clip is tongue-in-cheek and packed with hunmourous moments, we must warn viewers that there are some racey scenes and moments of blood and gore. Consider yourself warned.

HappyConsoleGamer has a making of video if anyone is interested. The 5 minutes you see is the result of 4 years of work.
its cool but i never understand why people put so much time and money in stuff like this, they could have made a shortfilm with all that time and money with a story of their own or something like that.its weird to me
Haha nice - I love how Tingle is basically Bailish. Really well written stuff and some great melding of both lores. Although it wasn't really that racey - I'll leave that to the show/books.
Can't believe you used the words rumpy-pumpy. Wow we in the 60s carry on era?
there was a lot of cool stuff in here, but the middle part had little to no flow. Just felt like they were throwing Zelda things in for the sake of it.
@Bunkerneath Oo-er matron.
Cool stuff!
I don't know the first thing about Game of Thrones, but still enjoyed all the Zelda references in the video.
Hahaa this is absolutely epic
That was so totally awesome!!
That's totally the fall of hyrule timeline
Man, execution by cuccos is brutal.
Are you becoming the official "mature" contributor to NLife Damien? Nuclear bombs and Game of Thrones.
And yet we're still not allowed to say how much we love you on the forum.
Looked great, especially the opening scene, but I have no idea what was going on. I mean I know the Zelda timeline, and I've seen every episode of GoT, but why make a 5 minute long "previously on", why not make a story or a trailer? So confusing. They spent so much time and effort making it look so good, maybe they could have spent a little more making it coherent? Was every male character Link at different points in his life? And why is Ganandorf such a dweeb? At least I think it was Ganandorf?
Maybe they could make a version called "GoH For Dummies" and have the characters Zelda/GoT names on screen? I don't know.
Oh... o-o
Is it possible I can be messaged as to what de f*ck just happened towards the end?
They had some pretty good jokes in there. What was with Zelda eating the heart?
Honestly, It was pretty good until about 3 quarters of the way through. At that point, it kinda lost me.
I don't think Nintendo would endorse this, especially with that sex scene.
Well that was... Gross.
@Lilith93
The world would probably be a better place without all of these spoofs, but I think the reason they do it is because of more people clicking on their movies. The legend and Zelda and game of thrones are very popular.
It lost my interest towards the end but it was pretty cool.
That was very cool. Props to the creators for the impressive amount of work.
Why is this page tagged as news instead of a video?
Mario Matrix time.
The music in this is absolutely fantastic.... Gave me chills... The themes from A link to the Past are soooo good!!!!!! And when Link takes on Gannondorf, the theme that plays is sooooo good!!
This was honestly awesome. I love both franchises, and even so didnt expect this to be any fun, but it really was.
I am Error
That was amazing.
@1nightinthepit @Lilith93 for a lot of people, some works (like books, video games, or movies) provide a lot of inspiration, fun, and a sense of community. Being able to bond with others over like-minded interests is a huge part of being a fan of something, and when you feel like a fandom has given you so much, you sometimes want to return the favor by taking time and effort to create something other fans will like and enjoy. Or at least I think so, when it comes to my own fanart.
Imo, I thought this was pretty funny (although very shocking). There were some parts I didn't like but Impa spitting and Zelda's family painting won me over. lol.
And wow, Gandondorf is one sexy Gerudo in this version.
Dang. That was as impressively high-quality as it was chock-full of references to both series. Serieses. Series S? Whatever. Anyway, I'm impressed.
@Mr_Zurkon It seemed like a reference toTwilgiht Zelda and Danearys Targaryen.
