Re: Nintendo Is Turning To Tech Startups To Find New Ways To Play On Switch

cfgk24

@Dizzy_Boy It does prove that neither you nor I know what the Games release schedule is whereas Mr Gamestop CEO does. I would prefer to go on his judgement.
You also don't understand that certain hardware, software and Innovations require an established larger userbase to be successful.
By successful, I mean units sold quickly in volume to enable efficient and profitable manufacturing, shipping and production costs to be achieved.
As the userbase is looking to be well proven, a lot of projects will have now been given the green light but will still take some time to come to market. On the investment side, this is actually good as! Units will then be sold due to an even larger install base.

Re: Could Switch's Non-Compliant USB-C Spec Be To Blame For Third-Party Docks Bricking Consoles?

@Blathers Chinese goods have a reputation for being poorly made mostly due to cutting costs and poor quality control. Nintendo does not cut costs, or corners.
When you bought a 'switch'. The entire product was a tablet console, dock, controllers and cables /charger. You decide to replace some of those components with 3rd party components and then you complain Nintendo are being bad. No sympathy.

Re: The OJO Projector For Switch Has Completed Another Successful Crowdfunding Campaign

This thing has cheap Chinese parts inside. Buyer beware. Apart from that, terrible brightness, poor resolution, Please note the WWE wrestlers not showing footage of their free projectors working. Also note that all the marketing photos of it working are staged and filtered. Also note that Digital foundry don't have one for review, nor do Nintendo Life {I think anyway}. Good luck buying this!
