@shadow-wolf finally someone who gets it. Its not meant for people who are trying to replace their current switch with a new one. Its for kids, families and low budget gamers.

I agree and i really don't get why some are against it. Like the 2DS not being for people who already own a 3DS Switch mini won't be for someone who owns a Switch unless they are getting it for their spouse or kid. Even if you can't put joycon on it it will likely still be compatible and even if there is no dock included there can still be some way to connect to the tv.

Switch Mini is happening, whether you agree with the idea or not.

I really wonder why the very idea of a Switch mini seems to disturb you people so much. Its not hurting you. What products nintendo releasea are their business. Man some of you take this hobby way too seriously.

I definitely think there's too much smoke to think its not coming. Thinking otherwise is just being pedantic. Agree with it or not, a Switch Mini is coming.

I definitely think the announcement is coming next month for a September release.

I get the feeling we may not have to wait too much longer for the Mini to be announced. Reminder that the annual shareholder meeting is next thursday.

I never get why Nintendo is so consistently bad at online stuff. Its really not that difficult.

Yeah seems Atlus wants to keep the main series exclusive to PS.

Kind of a jerk move from Atlus marketing though they knew swotch owners were expecting a port.

Its nintendo new fiscal year financial briefing week. So we will know if they are right or wrong soon becasue if rhey are right it will be announced today, tomorrow or Friday. If not they are wrong. We will see

No 3DS mention so do not expect any 3DS coverage in the direct. The platform is done. Switch Mini probably will not be announced tomorrow but its coming.

I think expecting smash to near singlehandedly carry the entire fiscal year was incredibly arrogant. This is on them.

Its time for a direct and I have a feeling when it comes it will be big one.

Above but proper d pad. Also i think new 3ds layout for should buttons and clickable circle pads over analog sticks are likely. Also i think sharper but still rounded corners are likely to make it more comfortable.

Nice. Indie stuff is always cool to see. I know everyone wants first party updates but there is more to switch than just Nintendo games.

@nhSnork I don’t have time for baby steps. Have to be honest I’ve been kinda regretting getting a switch. It’s library just isn’t that appealing to me besides first party.

They had to mess up something regarding the switch somehow. It may as well be the online. It's pretty clear Nintendo hates the very concept of online.

Can't wait to not be able to find one. Also locking a previously unreleased star fox game behind an inevitably hard to find retro plug n play kind of sucks.

@darkgamer001 To be fair, Nintendo decided to show switch then vow to say nothing/much till jan 12th. They had to have known stuff like this was a strong possibility.

Probably a summer 2017 nx game. Launching next to BotW would bury it.

Well I mean if we want to play certain wii u games in. Addition to D's or maybe even 3ds games on nx there has to be some kind of second touchscreen.
