Due to the nature of the two games I doubt ARMS with be able to come anywhere close to meeting the popularity of Splatoon. Despite that, I'm still excited for it! I got to demo it at PAX, and it is a lot of fun, and if they manage to cram a lot of content in it I'm sure to get a lot of time out of it... but I feel it will still lack Splatoon's inherent replayability.

I wouldn't pay $30 for many Indie Games.

Well, I'm putting in my work, with 621 km walked and 6,368 Pokemon caught. Kinda wish they gave out something neat as a reward, but ah well.

@Mrclaycoat Wii U only owners aren't plentiful enough that having a single game to focus on would catapult it's exposure like this. Most of the online presence is from sites that cover all Video Games, rather than just Nintendo ones.

Regardless of the perception of competition (for most people the Xbox and Playstation games still compete for their attention), it got a huge number of "Best of Show" awards, and not simply "Best Wii U Game". This is a case of it genuinely exciting people far more than the other showings.

@GameOtaku Sure, but it makes for poor investments for riskier games, like this series. If they kept taking losses by making physical copies they could eventually decide to just stop localizing the series! (and we've already missed out on 2 games...)

I honestly don't care if a game is too easy or not. If the game is well designed and fun, I'll enjoy it on any difficulty, maybe sans the hardest one.

Mario Maker, unlike Animal Crossing, is not based around a daily schedule. Under the previous mode, people who wanted to have a full toolset had to either wait 9 days to get it, or cheat the system. Not everyone has the time to play games every day, so locking the full set of tools behind a time limit seemed obtuse. The sub-world function isn't even unlocked until the last shipment, and I needed that for the first level I tried making. If I had to wait 9 days for it, I'd be pretty steamed. Most people with review copies felt the same. Nintendo responded to a near-universal criticism.

The time limit is still there if you don't want to unlock the items so quickly, but at least now there's a way for people to progressively unlock the tools at a reasonable pace without cheating the system.

I assume they don't always know that the bugs are there. QA is expensive for indie devs and small studios, and once thousands of people are playing the game, bugs they may have gone noticed will be brought to light.

I've heard these games are strangely entertaining for their premise. Maybe I'll check it out if it comes stateside.

Hey Nintendo Life, you misspelled "Diamond & Pearl". Gen 4 to me is absolutey terrible. Killed my enthusasim for the series until Gen 5 came and restored it with all the fresh Pokemon. It's potentially my favorite in terms of Pokemon design.

So was the rail section, framerate and some things with the visuals, the only things making it an 8? Because this review reads like a 9 unless I'm missing something.

Judging from the Demo, the 3DS controls work reallt well, so it's a nice option.

I'm totally buying that Gamecube Adapter and controllers though.

Whosever opinion it is, the way I see it is that we ignore enough of the bible in society already, what's a little bit more? Is this the one issue the bible was really adamant about?
I'm not big on the bible but from what I know I don't think so.

Regarding whether or not they have the "right" answer?
I know they have the answer that is more open to the rights of humanity. That's enough for me to understand their points.
Note I don't necessarily agree that Same-Sex marriage should have been implemented here; as it's plain to see people are too fragmented currently.
But I put more stock in the ideas developed from one's life and experiences rather than an opinion derivative of a book that's essentially just one big "maybe".

To phrase your belief as right or wrong has to be the biggest hypocrisy of all of religion. Thank the almighty diety which I no longer put stock in that I moved away from such a institution that would want to put a limit on the human race as we develop socially.
