Everything else but a remake would be disappointing. Maybe they wait for the Switch 2 release.

This is one of the things you saw back in the days and you still ask yourself from time to time if it was real.

Nintendo will have no shortage of fresh new games or good ports. I think we'll see prominent ports like Halo or Baldur's Gate in the first year.

For the topic: While not everything was absolutely perfect, the last time i had so much fun with a Nintendo console was the SNES. They made the right call with the hybrid nature and the successor will continue it.

I bought my Switch in the midst of the pandemic and it was the best purchase i could make.

@gcunit Sorry, but Mario has so much more to offer for a movie than Minecraft. And no one expected or said that they want a movie that has the depth of a Scorsese flick.

@IceEarthGuard So many words and nothing to say respectively the same over and over again. One of the protagonists is a underaged girl. What is good or relevant about it to put her into revealing/provocative clothes? Does it make the game better when you can choose how big the breasts are via a slider? The "censorship hate/respecting the creators vision"-argument doesn't count here.

I always saw it as a kind of compensation for the time spent in the horrible eShop.

The seller, the buyer and everyone who is involved in this should hope that Nintendo never finds out who they are. Paying 40k for something you can not use without getting caught is insanity.

Quick question:

I am completely new to the Falcom games and I know that there are many games that came out before TTD 1 & 2 that refer to the previous games. Can I still play the two games without this prior knowledge or do I need to have played the previous games (Trails of Cold Steel, Trails into Reverie) to fully understand TTD?

@Champalimo I saw a YT documentary for the developement of Super Mario World. They told that they had massive crunh times and had to sleep under their desks to make sure that the game got finished in time. My guess is that it was the same with ALTTP.

Well, Nintendo does Nintendo things. Not surprising. And i understand when they put down emulators for the Switch. But Nintendo, if you can't provide access to games which are not easily to get, they will get pirated. Just release them again and take peoples money.

@JohnnyMind And again, you're right. But this is a gaming related topic and so i pointed it out. We all know what gamers can be capable of when it comes to hate, for example Gamergate.
