There sure is a lot of complaining for an upgrade that costs just $5. I played it for a bit over the weekend docked and didn't notice any issues that weren't present before.

Nice trailer. I was a little concerned about how much footage they had of that bike in the previous trailer, but this one thankfully focuses a lot more on the traditional Metroid Prime gameplay. That means that, hopefully, the bike gameplay won't be a large part of the game. My confidence has (mostly) been restored and I can't wait for Metroid Prime 4 to release.

I was hoping for more of the same gameplay as the first three games (with some new ideas, of course). The open world looks barren, and I'm not sure a large space like this works in a Metroid game anyway. I'm looking to play a metroidvania, not another open world game. The bike didn't look like it fit the pace of a Metroid game. Regardless, I'm optimistic that Retro Studios has made a great game.

I'm a little concerned with the large world. I hope it's not completely empty like some. They had better still have the same type of puzzles and world that was in the first three games.

All I need is a Metroid Prime 4 release date, but a new Fire Emblem would be nice, too. Fully expecting to be disappointed, but Mega Man 12 and Ace Attorney 7 would make this a great Direct.

I completely agree with all of these points. It is definitely illegal to use copyrighted software in the emulator, such as the BIOS. If you write your own software that does the same thing, it should be fine though. Emulators such as the popular GBA emulator mGBA does this. I imagine that's why it's been in operation for over ten years.

If I absolutely have to use Joy-Cons, then I will use the straps to make them feel a little bigger. Most of the time I use a Pro Controller, though.

The price isn't low enough for a purchase, especially since you will still be able to buy this on Steam.

Finished Zero Mission yesterday so I think I'll try the original and finish Metroid Prime 3.

They should have kept the Dragon Warrior name in America. It was much cooler and feels more exciting.

Port: The exact same code as the original.
Remaster: Same source code as the original game, with a few extra pieces (or maybe loads, it just has to keep the base).
Remake: Completely new program, no matter if there are new features or not.

I can't believe the deluxe edition doesn't include a real NES cartridge. What a scam.

Metroid Prime Remastered. It was my first time playing Metroid Prime and it was amazing. Playing MP2 and MP3 for the first time was great, but it didn’t have the same impact. Also, Ace Attorney.

We never really found out what happened after Majora’s Mask. I want a sequel.

Also, I would love to see Majora’s Mask (whichever version, I played the 3ds one) at least make the top five as it is my favorite Zelda game.

Link’s Awakening should not be placed higher than Link to the Past. They are both awesome games but Link to the Past is better.

@Serpenterror only a few of those were better than their predecessors. Metroid Prime is one of the best, and Wind Waker and Twilight Princess were also reviewed high (Smash Bros. didn’t change anything really)

I go Tears of the Kingdom mixes up Breath of the Wild like Majora’s Mask mixed up Ocarina of Time. My personal favorite Zelda game is Majora’s Mask.
