Not on switch, anyway.

The same way Metal Gear Solid 1 did!
Leave them in but mute the dialogue for reference.

When the dialogue would say "push triangle" the audio was muted but the text was still there.

Metal Gear Solid 1 is definitely playable... But I only played up to the heat/furnace room.

Until these companies are forced to always include full backwards compatibility, we, the customer, will always lose!

So, if someone buys this, regardless of digital or physical, you'll not be able to play it on the next system, possibly.

So, them saying you'll always be able to download it and play it is not accurate.

And when PS, X, or N go to a new OS that isn't compatible, those digital games are stuck on old systems.
