1984-style super-sterile corporate bureaucracy Shell-A-Con Valley where the fresh out of college OG splat kids bring down their employers, and everything goes gradually from black and white to color like that movie Pleasantville.
A lot of turntables cost more than Switch hardware, and a lot of new vinyl costs more than Switch software.
Also the other non-Switch formats are more pirate-friendly. I wonder if the music industry would still be alive today if p2p sharing didn't get out of control in the early 2000s.
With all these 90s FMV games recently getting re-pressed onto Sega CD discs and whatnot, another run of Saturn discs for this one would blow the sales numbers of Night Trap completely out of the water.
So KK decided that learning Classical Gas on guitar was too difficult, so now he hits Play on an iPad and bobs his head while holding headphones to one ear. And gets paid more for it! Welcome to live music in 2022.
This is sarcasm, of course. Should be a good show.
More levels, more bosses, takes longer to beat, the music slaps the hardest, but Manhattan Project gets the least coverage. A single adjective is all. Strange.
So it's not as dire as "before they're gone forever", like those egregiously misleading and polarizing article titles you link to while in the same breath saying, "it's actually not that bad, guys."
Anyone else noticing a correlation between the absolute glut of mediocre "Content creators" in 2022 and the retail video game scene in 1982 right before the crash?
With any luck the Content-For-The-Sake-Of-Content bubble will burst in 2023, then we can get to work as a society increasing the quality standards of our arts and sciences as we usher in the New Renaissance.
Some might call me a dreamer, but I'm not the only one.
Thats alright, he's getting paid to play freakin video games over the internet. I think buying a new one is in the realm of possibility. Write it off as a business expense, Moneybags.

Re: Best Video Game Soundtrack Category Added To The Grammy Awards
Well they killed off rock and roll and let heavy metal get fully absorbed into the horror film genre, so I guess this is an acceptable alternative.
