I wonder - had this code been widely known around release - this game could have been considered the most legend boxing game of all time. Surpassing it's predecessor by a wide margin even. Possibly even creating a niche going to this day - like fighting games.
The episode of harassment was gross. Inho I'd use this article as a last stand - in order to sweep it under the rug, move forward and not draw any more attention to the jerks.
The background was given lets move on so he can deliver a good game for everyone. My two gil on the subject.
@Kestrel I once had a problem with Steam games. I'd buy almost anything on discount - regardless if I even planned on playing it. I stopped doing that years ago. But whenever I look at my library I am reminded of the fact it was to fill a personal void I like to ignore.
If 2000 is a problem then your life is a mess. I am judging your life - and it is a mess. Your parents, your shrink and your banker need to reach out for an intervention. Personal responsibility should be forfeited to the state for full control over your affairs.
The new tracks on MK for sure. Sunbreak every chance I get. For side projects I'm think of an os Zelda on the S or NES I never played. I've been rhnning through Pikmin 3 with my kids. We put it down quickly after I got it for them on Xmas - but we've been into it lately. Its a great couch co-op game.
Putting human moral codes on The King of All Cosmos - is patently ridiculous. He is a great father. None of us would exists without his passions and desire. If we are to be rolled into a ball to recreate the universe destroyed in lovemaking - so be it.
I would never consider investing in a company so mired in its past - while chasing every trashy trend (NFTs, cloud gaming) it can trying to grab the ring it lost decades ago.
I cannot think of a better, more satisfying grindplay loop than Monster Hunter. Rise made me a fan for life and rekindled my affection for Capcom - which had been dead since SF4 released costumes as paid dlc (360).
@Olliemar28 let me walk that back then. I'm not trying to offend anyone or hurt your feelings. Two adults with criticisms.
But every time anything mon related is printed a litany if complaints follows. Its the "this music is popular so i hate it vibe". It is tiresome as it is pubescent. I know, I wasted time doing the same thing for too long. I feel you.
Gl, I hope you like the game or find something you do like. If you dont play something else. Making a career hating something you loved as a 10 year old isnt cool.
Bought three games that made you angry and yet you still gotta collect em all. Jaded mon "fans"" are the absolute worst. Sorry but I find your lot insufferable. You complain like its a sport. I'd say move on but the pleasure is the anger for too many.
@Screen so if the best of the genre all disappointed you - maybe it is time to look elsewhere no? Hot take: if you didnt like any of those games you dont like farming games.
It hit a 52W low today on the US exchange. NTDOY traditionally doesnt go lower than 53. They have a great dividend and a solid balance sheet. It may be a good time to join the company. I probably will buy 100 this week. cheers
In our house - Kirby was the summer hit. They beat it a while ago but they enjoy it so much they just keep playing boards they have beaten over and over again.
HAL deserves all the success. They put a lot of effort into the title and it shows.
@Kilamanjaro maybe. for me, Japan is a bucket list destination. I'm not there to play catch up on video games. I'm there for the cherry blossoms, fish and culture.
Does this work like most Limited Run games - where I wait a year? Or does pre-ordering mean you get it sooner this time - seeing how it is a bigger title.
@boxyguy Perception of value. Companies take different approaches to creating value. Some, like Ubisoft, Capcom and indies - have sales frequently and deeply. They generate high sales but they condition the end consumer to wait.
Nintendo is more like Apple, Disney. Apple would rather throw their phones in the sea than discount. Android is perceived as a peasant's phone - and it is. Apple is content being premium. Nintendo would rather throw all of the copies of 1-2 Switch into the sea than cheapen their overall branding. Otherwise they'd what? Make a few 100K? Nothing worth cheapening their brand.
They make their consoles inexpensive as a lead-in to their more expensive, properly priced games. Diff'rent strokes to rule the world.
Anyone who owns a Switch and doesn't own and constantly play Monster Hunter Rise is dumb and I refuse to be their friend or save their life if I see them fall off a mountain into a ravine. Even if I have a rope I'll pretend I don't have a rope.
This is great - but why have an expiration date on a website? Surely Pokemon can afford to host the site until people become permanently bored with it - many years down the road.
I enjoyed the game but quit playing because of too many points. It became overwhelming and I forgot where I was in the story. With the landscape so dour I found it becoming oppressive for a game. So I quit.
Great game but I'm not into the atmosphere as much now that I'm older.
I just started Slay the Spire. I can see why it made such a big splash.
I'm trying to re-learn Monster Hunter to only now dive into Sunbreak. I think it's harder to start at rank 200 after taking a long break than it was to start the game the very first time. At least the first time the Mons were weak. Re-learning on 7 Star beasts isn't that easy. I hate being a team liability.
Stardew - Summer; Year 2. My farm is almost automated. Which almost gives me too much time for other stuff.
It is rare when a AAA studio is interested in making a top quality racing gamer not bent on realism. F Zero might be the only franchise capable of this feat. I'm all in Nintendo. Let's do this.
@Shambo As a former banker I can assure you - no numbers are made out of thin air - outside of maybe consumer fees. But even fees have to be competitive with other banks or they lose customers. All of banking revolves around the mitigation of risk.
@OldManHermit I re-watched it for the 50th or so time recently - I'm more sympathetic to his character acting than I used to be. Maybe because when his acting in Dracula is held up to today's standards - it doesn't seem so bad at all really.

Re: Review: Digimon Survive - This Champion Visual Novel Proves The Wait Has Been Worth It
No visual novel is worth more than $20. VN reviews should be a sub-category separate from video games.
For example: this VN is an 8. But inly when compared to other VNs. Because it isnt a game.
