None of them really but I am glad for people who like them! I was hoping for Mallow or Geno since Mario RPG is almost here.

Turning 40 this year so I’m an old guy, but even with a new Zelda, Baldur’s Gate, and everything else, this is probably going to be my GOTY.

I bought Oracle of Seasons in the fall of 2001.

I was (and still am) a nerd. Being a nerd wasn't like what it is today. I didn't have any friends and I used to get beat up and picked on relentlessly. I hated school and couldn't wait for the day to end. I didn't have a great home life either, but my dad traveled for his job so he was gone half the time.

At the time my parents lived in a house out in the country that had a pond right behind it on 80 acres of land. The house had a wooden deck attached to the back, and there was this huge oak tree growing right beside it with limbs stretching out covering almost the entire area.

That tree would shade you in the evening, and there would be all these little rays of sunlight punching through the shadows. I used to sit out there on the porch and the breeze would cause the leaves and acorns to fall all around me as I watched the sunset reflect off that pond and played my Gameboy.

At a time in my life when I was depressed and (except for my amazing mom) felt completely alone, no matter how bad it seemed like life sucked I could sit out there and escape from everything for a few hours at the end of the day.

It is one of my most vivid memories, it still seems like it was just yesterday. I will always associate Golden Sun and Oracle of Seasons (especially) with that memory. Autumn has been my favorite season ever since then. Like all good things it doesn't seem like it lasts for long, it still makes me sad when the last of the leaves fall every year.

Both of these need the “Link’s Awakening” treatment.

As someone who grew up in rural Arkansas, less than a thousand people in my town when I was a kid, I absolutely hated stuff like this.

I was also an avid board game, MTG, and warhammer fan but my friends and I missed out on all kinds of promotional events like this because the closest store that participated was 4 hours away.

It would be cool if you lived where you could participate in that kind of stuff I suppose, but I say good riddance.

No time limit is definitely a plus for me, can’t wait to play this.

Hopefully optimistic for this.

I haven’t played a Pokémon game in over a decade, was thinking about picking one up and was looking at this one.

Only problem is I absolutely despise FOMO elements in games. Do these raids rotate or do you permanently miss out on some of these?

I have always loved the characters in the Sonic universe. A new Sonic JRPG could be awesome if they did it right.

A “Pilot Wings” style game starring Tails would be amazing.

I know I am probably the only person on the planet, but Big the Cat is one of my favorite video game characters. A “Legend of the River King” type game with him it would be my dream game.

@Ralizah None of the ones I did it to thought so.

The soundtrack to that game is phenomenal, Poets of the Fall are severely underrated.

I hope they make Little Kings Story 2.

With all the reveals this week they really missed out on big opportunities with Mallow, Geno, or Elephant Mario cameos.

Each generation I always buy the Nintendo system, PlayStation and Xbox are optional.

I wish it was Mario+Rayman. I love the idea of it and the gameplay is really fun, but the Rabbids are just so so so stupid. I skipped all the cutscenes and didn’t use half the characters because they just annoy the crap out of me. Very irritating the only dedicated healer was a rabbid as well.

Oracle of Seasons/Ages remake, new Pilot Wings and Wave Race games, and all the Level 5 games.

I am still finishing up Breath of the Wild.

This looks awesome and I am definitely going to get it, but I wish games like these would go the Rayman/Ori art style instead of that 2d/3d look like this and Metroid Dread. Rayman stool looks amazing 10 years after it came out and it will still look just as good 10 years from now.

This game was really fun to play when you were high.

I want a “Little King Story” sequel, I am pretty sure that was the title.

I want Big the Cat.

Ganon from the Oracle games was perfection.

I picked this game up a month or so ago, it sounded cool on paper but I played it for a few hours and it didn’t really click with me. Anyone else have the same initial impression and then grow to really like it after putting more time in?
