I respectfully disagree and I imagine quite a lot of people at Square Enix do to. It'll be interesting to see if the 3DS support compares to their stellar DS support.

Well when it was first announced the guy from THQ said he prefers it on a normal controller so the PS3/360 version will be using normal controls by the looks of it which hopefully means it will be CC-compatible.

@Yasume: HVS told me it was being released on the first week of June in Europe(through an e-mail) and they also have a PAL boxart for it.

Anyway, I'm intrigued by the title but the lack of content is off-putting but the reduced rice makes it appealing. I might get it.

Sin and Punishment is having trouble because it hasn't had full distribution that Nintendo usually has, it isn't available in most shops. I went to get it on Friday in HMV but it wasn't there so I'm going to have to get it from Amazon.

That's in addition to it's obscurity problem.

Pathetic Wii line up. The Wii sold the most software over all for them last year with the second least number of releases(PC only had 3) and even if you take Monster Hunter out of the equation still sold more than the 360 which had an equal amount of titles(8).... and now they have SIX planned?

And before anyone says that's quite a few. It's not. They have 12 360 games planned, 16 PS3 games and 19 PSP games! WTF?

That's horrendous treatment no matter what way it's spun and I bet some people will be along shortly to do just that.

I thought in the case of Wiiware(and DSiware) it's that a lot of the smaller publishers can't afford the extra rating... with bigger releases it isn't really a problem. The lack of an 18+ rating is Australia is the problem there.

Good, it's a bit sad that Australians have to miss out on quite a few games because of the extra rating that needs to attained. It's a weakness of the whole PAL region really.

What I meant is that Yamauchi's interests are what are most important to Nintendo and he'll always be investing in Nintendo so they have a security blanket that most other companies lack.

@Hardy83: Investors aren't as important to Nintendo as most companies though because of the fact that Yamauchi owns a lot(the majority?) of Nintendo.

And making 2.4 billion is A LOT, especially in the current climate. The majority of businesses would love to be able to say they only made 2.4 billion.

From what I've seen Drift Street International is much more polished but has less content.

I don't see the point in retail releasing this game at all.... there are downloadable version(which I hope will be released) that just lack the multiplayer mode and the game was originally a mobile game....

unless it was super cheap to make.

This looks like shovelware but I don't want to write it off unfairly, I'll see what reviewers and other folks say.

It was explicitly stated to be the best debut for the franchise in the press release as well so it's pretty hard for people to downplay it

It's both shocking and mazing that smaller Wiiware devs are putting out better looking games than the majority of the big third parties at retail.

I want this in Europe. I may have to import some games!

The technical issue being that the DS can't run 3DS games of course.

It doesn't really bother me when it comes to VC games, although it would be nice to have 60hz versions.

It annoys with new games though, it shouldn't happen in this day and age. I'm looking at you Madworld.
