@ARPK I am even more bummed because I like a lot of things I have seen, but I hate the way Game Freak has handled this release. They just feel out of touch, They are apparently even less transparent in Japan and haven't done nearly as much to address the fans there as they have in the West. I hope this doesn't become the new normal for them because I am worried it could snowball in the future.

@Xansies @Burning_Bacon The leaker said there was only the initial number and no real meat after beating the story. Nobody is sure though.

@AlexSora89 Yeah some of the missing Pokémon would've fit the British theme perfectly, but instead we got fodder. Somebody said that the poll for the 100 most popular Pokémon didn't line up with the returning Pokémon at all.

@GAMER1984dude I can't play non-Nintendo games now? Also, one CNN money article from 2005 that was never properly archived for compatibility with their new site? Opinions can change in 14 years, especially since Nintendo was also censoring games more during that time period than now.

@GAMER1984dude GTA has been on a Nintendo platform multiple times. I wanna see where Miyamoto said this. Nintendo has no problem with rated M games on their system. They work closely with Bethesda who almost exclusively makes rated M games and published Devil's Third on the Wii U.

@Rafie It is possible that the PS4 version had worse optimization since Square Enix had to redo much of the game in a newer version of the engine for the Switch. It does show how good Switch is handling large and impressive games though. I think it definitely shows that GTA V in some form is possible on Switch.

@pblive Not only that, but Dragon Quest XI runs well on Switch and even the base PS4 couldn't handle that game at 1080p or 60 fps.

Even mobile-centric sites are trashing this game. Nintendo life might be a little too kind. lol

This game is like NBA 2K levels of gambling. I threw up in my mouth when I saw how many different forms of in-game currency there were and some of the prices.

@Doktor-Mandrake I agree. i feel like its even worse in America. I actually thought a lot of British comedians were great because they are self aware. I guess its more global than I thought.

@SpookyPotato We didn't get street gangs selling opioids or mass shooters in Unova so its not happening.

@Doktor-Mandrake I never said I was offended in anyway nor did I say we shouldn't have any particular group in games. I actually find the references rather tame. I am actually saying the British do not have the strongest case to be offended by light jokes in a Pokemon game.

@Doktor-Mandrake Yeah, but the UK does kinda have the world record of still surviving countries when comes to horrible atrocities the US probably being the biggest contender which isn't a surprise when you taught us much of what we know in terms of how to act on the world stage. It's just a little hard for people to feel like Gamefreak is going to far with stereotypes considering how long the United Kingdom was dominant on a global scale.

@Knuckles-Fajita This is definitely a lot more accurate and less mocking than the stereotypes we have of you across the pond. I bet most Americans and Canadians didn't know people ate curry in the UK. They think it's things like crumpets and haggis.

At $60 this should at least be wireless. The 8bitdo M30 is and it's cheaper while still looking and feeling like a six button Sega controller.

@Prof_Yoshtonics I got Fire Emblem Three Houses for $50 on launch day and they almost sold it to me a couple of days early by accident. I had honestly figured it must've come out that day since I knew it was coming that week.
