I might actually love the controls if you mentioned Splatoon as being odd at first. I tried playing Splatoon in dojo mode with just the sticks and it was horrible. Like a dumbed down app version of game. I didn't feel immersed. Not for one second. Motion controls used right are some of the best experience's i've ever had playing games.

I downloaded it late last night and played it. It was really fun its challenging yes, but I have harder times on Mario Kart 8 turns sometimes. I like the colored strips that zap you slower or faster depending on the color your car is glowing. You can click the top left button to change your color to take advantage of all the boost strips. That can get pretty intense, and it keeps you on your toes for more immersive gameplay. I also love how many boosts you can get in a race doesn't take ages for an available boost. Plenty on hand through out the track collecting the orbs. Excellent game.

Now thats the game I want on the WIIU. I can't play 4 for awhile damaged my arms playing that tiny 3DS. 600 hours in a very short time. I had to stop plus it was all I could think about in la la land. I'll probably ease my way back in with 3 later. I kind of miss that. I better not think to much about it or I will turn into a zombie. Capcom needs to release that stuff simultaneously because us Westerners don't live forever. This crap of waiting is insane. Damn the PUSHER MAN!

Any of you advanced players use the 3d effect when playing, or does it hinder your play style? I never played this game on one. I'll be getting a big grip for it so my hand doesn't cramp up. When I'm done it won't be portable at all. Probably look into some bulky old school hifi headphones as well.
