Why aren't Dragon Quest 7 and 8 listed here?

@PanurgeJr I have a PS3 and PS Vita which that game is both on, and I usually prefer playing VN's on handheld anyway.
But unfortunately the game's content puts me off from playing it: strong language, sexual content etc.
Maybe if it was mild, I wouldn't mind, but oh well. Please don't criticize me just because I'm sensitive to this kind of stuff. I just find it disturbing.

@GloryQuestor Oops, I should have mentioned that I've played Ace Attorney, love that series. I'm just waiting for Apollo Justice to be released on Wii U VC then I can finally play that one.
Never played those others you mentioned though, but I'm fairly certain that Etrian Odyssey, Shin Megami Tensei and Persona are RPG's. I don't think I've heard of The Starship Damrey though, I'll look it up.

I watched a video of this from Nintendaan, it looked okay. Some things I liked, some things I didn't like.
Not sure if I should get it or not, as it looks a little weird.
Any other visual novels I should try out? 3DS or other?

Now please Nintendo, put the rest of Square Enix's SNES games on the VC as well as their GBA and DS games including Chrono Trigger DS. Once you put that game on the VC, you'll make me a VERY VERY happy person.

I was thinking of using amiibo to unlock costumes based on the character, so use a Mario amiibo and you get a Mario costume.
Obviously only the first party ones would work as Nintendo would have to ask Sega, Capcom, Bandai Namco and Yacht Club Games for permission.
A Steve amiibo would be cool though.

I know Disney XD is on in the UK, but is this same programme on?

I think the pixel art is great and is truly iconic of the game, so I don't think a 3D remake is necessary but it would be nice.

Can you please find some good New 3DS XL deals? I'm looking to get one but I'm holding out hoping for a good price soon but so far ShopTo is best at £139.85.

You forgot to mention that IGN, Assassin Creed, Capcom and Origin's Twitter accounts joined in as well. They made it even more ridiculous and funny.
I was actually quite shocked that AC's Twitter joined in. Same goes for Capcom but at a lesser extent.

@SquirrelNuts Oh, well I've never played either SMT or Persona so I wouldn't know much about them. I've heard both series were dark though, but nothing about any pop aesthetic in Persona or anything which is weird since you're saying it has a pop aesthetic.

Why is it called Legends? It should be called Hyrule Warriors: Wind Waker Edition instead, unless they actually do plan to put MC, ALTTP, SS, PH and ST content in.

@StephenYap3 Yeah, I know what you mean. When I said restricted, I meant the fact that Peach's Castle acts as a hub where you just go into the past in each different area. It would have been better if you could explore the present time for those areas and also if the areas weren't restricted, as in if all those areas were connected through actual paths.
There's also the fact that it didn't really make much sense since the present wasn't altered at all when the past was affected a lot.
The game also feels quite short compared to the other games after replaying it several times, fixing the restriction problems would have made it longer.

@StephenYap3 What's wrong with Partners in Time? It may be my least favourite in the M&L series but it was still pretty good. The time travel could have been less restricted though, I hope they return to that in a future game after Paper Jam Bros.

@whodatninja That was an RPG and a spin off. It would be different for a 3D platformer.

Please, not another Galaxy. Those games are overrated and I would prefer if they didn't rehash it.
I would like either Sunshine 2 or a new idea like this:
Super Mario Universe, it could be open world and you could travel between dimensions/worlds and perhaps travel through time. They could make a massive scale game like that.

His face looks different, like more serious or determined or something.
Is this storyline of the whole game? Or is it just one of the cases?
The storyline sounds kind of weird to me really, hopefully it still has that same or similar feel as the previous games.

@REALLYFEELINIT Well, I think the reason he was replaced was because Detective Fulbright had a purpose in DD. But Gumshoe could have still been in the game another way though, something similar to the 5th case in the first game would have made sense. He could have been in the game to help Phoenix and the others around. Also, he and Fulbright could have had some kind of rivalry thing going on which would have made the game even more funny.
I really hope he does make it into the next game though, seeing him in 3D would be really cool.
At least Pearls and Edgeworth were in the game, which was awesome but still not enough for past characters.

I actually thought the main series ended and they were working on The Great Ace Attorney, but I'm glad I was wrong. Hopefully some more old characters return like Maya and Detective Gumshoe.

So how do you put multiple coins in a ? Block? Put a coin on top? Although, that's probably obvious.

@RoomB31 That doesn't really make any sense. What they need and want is a strong NX launch, not another fail like the Wii U sales wise.

@chucknorrmis It will obviously be more powerful than the Wii U. And I'm sure the Wii U is powerful enough to play this game.

I think this game will make a great NX launch title.
Edit: If it were to get released on Wii U, it would probably just help sell some consoles like MK8 and other games did, there's not really anything Nintendo can do to drastically increase sales to near PS4 or something. That's just thinking the impossible, so it's best to focus on the NX.

I don't care what critics say. Or even the majority of haters, they have no grounds to base their hate on when they haven't even watched the movie.

I think the Pixels movie looks epic and funny, I don't even know who Adam Sandler is so I don't know what people are complaining about.

I actually got Sonic Generations a long time ago, but haven't played it in a long time or completed it. I'm sorry, but it's just really bad compared to how the home console version looks which I can't wait to get.

This game was my childhood, my first ever video game.

Just wish Sega would actually remake their old games instead of ports, Nintendo made SMB2, SMB3 and SMW for the GBA with better graphics so why can't Sega with the original Sonic games? Would be nice to play these games with modern physics and 3D graphics or even HD for home consoles.

Oh well, there is that Sonic 2 HD fan project I recently found out about but who knows when that will be finished.

@shani Okay, besides that, how do you suppose a hybrid console would work? Home consoles use discs and handhelds use cartridges, they can't use either because discs would be too big for a portable device and cartridges don't hold enough data for big games on home consoles. And going digital only would make them go even more downhill than the Wii U did because they charge insane prices for retail games currently and BARELY put them on sale.
There's other factors to consider too, price being very high for one. Battery life for the portable unit would be very low as the hardware would probably be too strong, unless they somehow optimise the hardware usage to be lower when playing on the go so it would be lower quality but have decent battery life.

A western release of Pokken Tournament for the NX would be fantastic.
I'm expecting a 3D Mario, but I'm actually hoping it isn't Galaxy 3. Sunshine 2 or a completely new 3D Mario platformer experience would be a lot better than another rehash with a theme that's already been used.

I really doubt it will be a hybrid system, because Iwata said they want to surprise gamers and I'd be VERY surprised if he or another Nintendo employee didn't see the rumours around a hybrid system. Also, Reggie said it will be a home console.
