Those following it closely will already know a great deal about Super Mario Maker, which is making its way to Wii U on 11th September. Beyond its various features, however, is a huge helping of character and quirky presentation.
The latest video shared by Nintendo's Japanese YouTube channel highlights that nicely, with the simple concept of showing the various items and enemies that can be hidden within a Question Block. It also gives a nice insight, as a follow up to the hefty overview trailer, into the audio cues and humour in the title; canned laughter and applause are just part of the package.
It's a fun little video and you can check it out below.

Nooooooooooooo!!!!! You can't put Bowser in a block!!!!! D=
@SSB4Life_get_it I have a feeling if you could, it would be the most overused troll mechanic. "You want a powerup? Or a coin? Too bad, here's a final-level boss!" I just hope they patch in boom-boom/koopalings/reznors/etc..
I WANT SO BAD
So how do you put multiple coins in a ? Block? Put a coin on top? Although, that's probably obvious.
I just wish you could make hidden blocks
@Maelstrom you can make hidden blocks
Wonder if you can put Bowser Jr. in a ? block...
@rylo151
Yes. Now I can go about recreating kaizo mario levels to the fullest.
I like the added laugh track
If you can't put Bowser in a block, that implies that you can't put him in a bullet bill. What does that mean for other enemies? Lakitus in bullet bills? Mwahahahahahaha...
...Dunno why Bowser can't be put in, but super-sized enemies can fit in easily. lol
Ah well, I won't be using that much anyways...I prefer my traps with the invisible blocks.
EDIT: That reminds me, is it possible to give Bowser Hammer Bros.?
It may seem fun to put insanely tough creatures in the box, but it might end up just being frustrating and unfair depending on the rest of the level design
Well maybe we can put a winged bowser into a canon.
