@Ikramali A lot of adults I know who deal with matters of life and death or something else very serious every working day read/watch/play stuff for kids/teens. It's a healthy counterpoint to the stressful working hours, and lets you remain healthy emotionally.

You're probably imprinting your snobbishness on your own daughter, which is why she abandoned the game.

@Joeynator3000 I was expecting higher. The intended audience rarely get a game of this kind this well made.

Do you expect NLife to rate a game low just because it's silly and juvenile? They have more tact than that.

BulbasaurusRex on the Langrisser review:
"Well, it's about time! Those battles must've been really slow paced, since it took you three months to get your review out. Well, better late than never. Now where's the review for "Futuridium EP Deluxe"?"

Ask, and ye shall receive. For that is the way of NintendoLife.
So it seems.

@SLIGEACH_EIRE SMG2 is the better game regardless of it having the higher score. And I actually don't care one bit about Shadow's Tale nor have I ever used Metacritic as part of an agenda. Thank you very much for being assuming.

And in case you meant to demonstrate that Metacritic can tell you whether the game is playable or absolutely sucks, yeah, that's about the extent of it. So I guess the number does mean something. My bad, I concede.

@PaperMario64 At least I had the chance to give you three likes for a great "funny cause it's probably true" post.

Interesting book, that, but I kinda shudder to think if my classmates got interviewed for a book about me. Which of course will never happen, but it's something new to have nightmares about.

I'd buy it if it got translated.

@jmaster2710 I love many games made with Game Maker, I love Game Maker as a piece of software, and I think the Companion and Apprentice books are the best damn software tutorials ever made. Hence why I think M#9 should have been made with it. (:
