@Qun_Mang I found out about this: if you use Lunar IPS, you can create a patch according to the ROM.

EDIT: Download the following things: the game, Lunar IPS, and a Super Mario 64 ROM (I ain't going to tell ya where it is).

Just use the "Create" feature of Lunar IPS, locate the Super Mario 64 ROM, the locate the modified ROM (in this case, Super Mario 64 Run).

An important question: seen that in this Direct, most of the games shown were ports of WiiU games to the Nintendo 3DS, and a lot of people keep saying that the "WiiU is dead" (I really don't know up to this point), does that mean that the NX will be a home console?

I wouldn't mind an HD remake of Donkey Kong 64 being developed by Playtonic Games (creators of Yooka-Laylee).

We have various examples like Black Mesa, Mega Man X Street Fighter, and the upcoming Sonic Mania. But again, which was the first one?

My choices: The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (obviously), a 2D/2.5D Metroid game (when was the last time we had one of those?), Super Smash Bros. (an NX Edition of Super Smash Bros. 4 Wii U wouldn't hurt), F-Zero (and I want Shin'en to develope it), and a 3D Super Mario game (a la Super Mario Sunshine, or Super Mario Galaxy).

The closest thing we'll get to a Sonic Boom 2D art style is this:
and this was made by the artist commonly known as Sssonic2 (or Ss2sonic in other sites).

My only concern is that if the (3rd-party/indie) developers will get used to develope games in cartridges. I say this because nowadays everybody developes games not just digitally, but they also develope games in Blu-Ray discs and specialized discs.

My other concern would be that I don't want the NX to end up with a similar case like the N64 (Happy 20th Birthday, btw) used to have, in where it had limited third-party support because of their cartridge technology, when clearly, by that time disc technology was booming (Panasonic 3DO, Philips CDi, Sega CD add-on, Sega Saturn, Playstation, and the Sega Dreamcast) in the 90's.

Did this make any sense?

When I saw the Jiggy at the end of the trailer, I felt really happy.

So this is about the opposite of localisation, right?

@gcunit Let me rephrase the question so you would understand: would the people (both consumers, and game developers) accept this change? The change in which Nintendo decides to omit disc-based media, and replace it with flash-based cartridges (like SD cards or Micro SD cards), despite the fact that this is still a rumor.

My question is that, would anyone agree that Nintendo made this move? You know, disc to flash-based memory cards?

That's my concern.
