People buy switches as it’s supposed to be the revolution of portable/home consoles. If the Virtual Console was on the switch people would spend money on the release day, I know my friend bought loads on his Wii U he had over 30+ vc games.
If the switch has them, people would buy them, thus Nintendo gets more money and everyone would be happy and it would make the switch the best console due to having backwards compatibility and portability to all these homeconsole games. The wii U was a start for being portable for the old home console games, make it happen on the switch. That’s all people want, Nintendo would win overall doing this.

@Captain_Toad that’s beside the point. People don’t care about ports if it’s the old classic games. If we get GameCube or N64 games we’d rather keep them as it is. We wouldn’t changes to them for the nostalgic feeling.

I’d love to have seen this. Plus people may use Pikachu more competitively to have a perfect gorochu.

I wonder if it’ll get stability updates constantly like the 3ds as it’s party a handheld.

I’d love to see box boy or see a collection. I’d love that on my switch. Or play tappingo that might be a little harder without touchscreen

Just imagine putting all your cartridges in these small boxes, you’d spend hours finding them than playing in the switch. I’d love a smaller box for the switch games, but not this small

Even though I’m annoyed it’s not on the switch I may buy it for my 3ds, but I fear it may run better on the New 3ds with the second control stick (nub). I’m not buying a new 3ds as it will be dead soon and I’m not fussed for the 3ds.

Well now there’s no bayonetta 3. Nintendo should have released new joycons or the Virtual Console.

I agree with everyone else saying this should be on the switch. But as the sequel is on the 3ds it’ll be different to have the original too. Hoping we get this on the switch or at least the Virtual Console soon for the switch. Counting days till e3

Well it’ll be nice to have a well known horror game on the switch but shame I bought this way back when it was on sale on the PS4 otherwise I’d buy this. Nice to know that it’s unexpected. May get the sequel if it comes on the switch

So Nintendo said that they wouldn’t do VR for the switch yet a kid is playing a game similar to VR. Who knows one day the people complaining they want VC on the switch may actually happen.

Just want to know, is there really a Direct tomorrow or not? If there is then that’ll be perfect to announce what will be in the update not the direct

This twist sounds awesome for a home/portable console game. Hope Nintendo brings more games with a twist like this more often.. hopefully they bring more arcade games on here. Luigis mansion arcade was awesome

I’m happy to see that they want to add more Pokemon to the game. What to know what else will be added apart from Pokemon? Maybe new items or poke balls to have at night maybe?

They do this every so often after people stop playing this. When we had just gen 1 they gave baby Pokemon then gen 2. When it was released they did spooky Pokemon. What’s next after gen 3’s release?

I’m hoping there’s a free trial when the update comes out. I’ve never used this bank thing before and found out that I had missed the trial they had. Plus it’ll be good for those who get the game for Christmas and have a chance to transfer Pokémon from sun to ultra sun. ☺️

I really like the deep red colour, I’m hoping they do this more often. Bring out darker colours but not just as a bundle.

I hope this will be the start of Virtual Console on switch. Try out these games and if it sells well, release virtual console. Thats all we want but Nintendo doesn’t know what it’s fans want

I want to go onto mii street plaza my my dis won’t update. I am connected to the internet and also deleted then re entered the connection but won’t update. It says internet in the corner but as soon as I hit update it fails and says can’t connect.

I'll only buy one when the console gets more games like MARIO and Zelda (oddysee looks cool) and the virtual console becomes a thing.

@NaviAndMii nope, I own it on PS4 and there's nothing on the ps store for it. That's why I got confused with this game...this game sounds like the vita version. It's portable and touchscreen

It kinda seems similar to the way Apple Watch plays the game.

One way iOS users will be upset. I have an iPhone as of now but will buy an android soon. I'd love for this as I never break my phone but my GBA SP broke.

To get the Z icon, I think I need to be on of and not my mobile.

Why not normal 3ds with new 3ds having a little more features. If love to have this game but I don't wanna upgrade my 3ds for one or two games.

I like the style of the video of the animation of Pokemon. I'd love for one day for one special episode in 3D. Not the glasses or like the ds but 3D like the video.

So no free 3ds games?
I'll be buying some of these games anyway.
