Nintendo's all about the virtual outfits today, as it's now confirmed that we can all have Junichi Masuda in some fetching gold pants on our 3DS systems; yes, he's a surprise visitor to StreetPlass Mii Plaza on 3DS.
As 3DS veterans know, all guest Miis in the plaza wear these stylish golden pants; we like to think that's Nintendo / Game Freak staff uniform behind closed doors.
As the tweet shows this is to celebrate today's release of Pokémon Gold and Silver on the 3DS Virtual Console, with the Game Boy Color titles having the added bonuses of wireless trading and battles, as well as support for Pokémon Bank.
Time for us all to dig out our golden pants / trousers for the weekend.

Haven't used StreetPass in ages. Stopped taking my 3DS out. They kind of killed it when they made hotspots exclusive to GAME stores and not pretty much every phone shop and McDonalds you could find.
@Yasaal Special Visitors maybe, but since Streetpass is an local offline affair, it should live on. Might be harder to get anyone these days but hey, thats what Cons and trips to Japan are for! XD

I haven't played StreetPass Plaza in a long time, mainly because my battery has a tough time holding a charge, making portability (let alone StreetPass) tough.
I have one puzzle left to complete and no one by me has the pieces when I streetpass. I really need this. Buying pieces is worthless when you only have a few missing pieces because you can go weeks or months without buying a new piece (only repeats).
I want to go onto mii street plaza my my dis won’t update. I am connected to the internet and also deleted then re entered the connection but won’t update. It says internet in the corner but as soon as I hit update it fails and says can’t connect.
