One of the neatest moments of the Treehouse E3 broadcasts (if you're in North America) was confirmation that Rhythm Heaven Megamix had arrived on the 3DS eShop - it'll be released at retail in October in Europe.
The quirky rhythm game had been on our wishlist for a while having arrived in Japan last year - it blends minigames from the GBA and DS era with all-new content, and certainly has a lot on offer.
The latest episode of Nintendo Minute is worth a watch for those on the fence about it, too. Kit and Krysta show off multiplayer that also supports Download Play - check it out below.

How about your review, Nintendolife?
The game is not out in UK until end of October, they won't review it until then.
This game has the best 3d menu out of all the 3DS games, it's like those pop-out books. It's a great game ruined by a stupid story, why put story in a game like this Nintendo??
Luckily you can just mindlessly skip through the story.
@Nintendian They would probably have someone review the USA version; they reviewed Yoshi's Woolly World in June or July last year even though it didn't release in the USA until October.
Rhythm Heaven Megameh. I might pick it up, probably won't unless it on sale which isn't likely being a new release
No guys you're wrong. Since the game is available in English they're definitely working on a review, as usual.
I do want to get this game only if it gets a physical release or goes on sale on the shop
Honestly, this is GOTY for 3DS, unless Federation Force proves to be a great title after all.
@Nintendian I absolutely loved the story, it's the first Rhythm Heaven game I can't put down before doing everything. Took me good 15 hours to master the story mode and I really liked the final world.
This is a bizarre and creative gem. I've actually had several minigames where I lost focus and started cracking up just because of what was happening. LumBEARjack is one such game.
@rushiosan kirby robobot? sun & moon?
I am absolutely in LOVE with Megamix. I've already got Perfects on everything except 3 games which I haven't unlocked yet. Still working on earning the flowballs to buy them in Challenge Mode...
@foodmetaphors I would add Hyrule Warriors Legends as a contender as well.
I am so excited to play this game when it comes out in Europe. I've been eagerly waiting for it since they announced it. You guys are so lucky ^_^ also, do you know where that flipper roll Seal can be bought? It's a must have for me!! ;-;
@foodmetaphors Honestly? Megamix is such a unique game. Even though Robobot and Sun & Moon end up being really good (we don't know about Pokémon yet but however), it's been a while since I had so much fun with a game. Don't get me wrong, Kirby isn't bad, Fire Emblem Fates wasn't THAT bad (splitting a game in 3 products was dirty though), they just didn't shine as much as Rhythm Heaven Megamix did. Too bad it took almost a year to come to the west. There's absolutely no flaw in this game for my tastes.
Is the game in 3D?
@James_mussell98 It is. The 3D is good and not distracting because of the simple graphics. The game is fantastic.
