@WachiAlphi I was hoping a Mario Strikers game would be announced for the Switch. I never had a chance to play the original on the Wii. I will probably get this eventually, but I'm in no rush (pun not intended).
The original Shovel Knight was an instant classic. I had not seen Pocket Dungeon before; I would get that if it is inexpensive. I am very interested in Dig, however. I really want to see a 16-bit Super Shovel Knight and Shovel Knight RPG.
I'm still hoping Papa Ninty will give us new Wave Race and F-Zero games along with that rumored Metdoid Prime Trilogy. I never played Pushmo, but I feel your pain
@Zeldafan79 This would have been a good inclusion. I thought it was also a huge oversight not to include the classic original game in the compilation. It certainly wasn't due to the file size.
I read this quickly and thought Knights of the Old Republic was coming to the Switch; I never had an XBox and didn't have a chance to play that game. That would have been exciting news.
The casting for this movie is puzzling. Kevin Hart would be better as Claptrap than as Roland. I still prefer Claptrap's original voice, though. Is Handsome Jack the movie villain?
@rjejr There are certain exercises that I will not add to my skill set; I know my limitations. I do the actual running in place to challenge myself but I appreciate that they added a "silent mode" to bounce in place to make the character run, which is less impact on the knees, should that be a concern. I bought this in November and have played Adventure mode 30 days (I just completed World 8); I have definitely noticed a difference in my fitness level. As a life-long couch potato, I appreciate the game elements to distract me from focusing on how hard it is to get that much-needed exercise.
I was surprised go find out you can customize the character (and the ring guide) to be male or female; I had only seen screenshots of the female character.
@Susurrus I was thinking lately that it would be nice if Nintendo released another game to use the RingCon (similar to Link's Crossbow Training). DLC would be welcome too.
@Expa0 I was also disappointed in the demo. There was far too much hand-holding for my taste. I really like the art style; I found it very charming. If a positive review reveals that this demo is actually an early-game tutorial and not representative of the game as a whole, I would consider geting it during a sale.
The name reminds me of: "Behold, the Underminer! I'm always beneath you, but nothing is beneath me! I hereby declare war on peace and happiness! Soon, all will tremble before me!"
I am puzzled by Citizens Unite. Citizens of Earth and Citizens of Space were both published by Sega. However, Citizens Unite, which includes both of these games, is published by Kemco. Does anyone know why?
My copy of Turrican Flashback is scheduled for delivery tomorrow.
Also, Cyber Shadow and Project Starship X released this week but are not on this list.
After seeing this review, I'm glad I took a chance on pre-ordering while it was on sale. I had seen positive previews; it's nice to see them confirmed. I look forward to checking it out tonight.
Has anyone played the Captain Toad DLC? I'd like to know someone's impressions of it.
It's nice to see Clubhouse Games on sale.
@Giygas_95 - I like Aegis Defenders, but I got stuck. It's more like an active tower defense; you control a character and can attack incoming enemies along with the turrets you've created using collected resources.
I know it's completely different, but every time I see an update for Persona 5 Strikers, I immediately think of how much I want to play Mario Strikers on the Switch.
I love this game; I appreciate the emphasis on Metroid in Metroidvania. The Multiverse edition came with the soundtrack, which I enjoy listening to periodically.

Re: Narita Boy Is A Neo-Retro Homage To The '80s, Coming To Switch This Spring
The 80's nostalgia is strong with this one. I like it! The intro reminded me of the opening cinematic of Another World/Out of This World.

Re: Astral Chain Is Now Fully Owned By Nintendo, Says PlatinumGames
@Yosher "I have a feeling it'll become another one of those long remaining dormant series to add to the growing list of dormant Nintendo IP series."
Metroid and Mother fans say hello. Of course, some IPs might be better off remaining dormant. Poor Chibi-Robo...

Re: Factor 5 Boss Muses On The Possibility Of A Mario Maker-Style 2D Turrican
I am completely unfamiliar with the Turrican series, but the video just sold me. More of this would certainly be welcome.
Also, I would love to play the Rogue Squadron games on the Switch.
