Should we concerned that the game features glitches?

After four years, my right joy-con started drifting hard to the right. I was fighting it constantly. This article helped: https://www.nintendolife.com/guides/how-to-fix-a-drifting-nintendo-switch-joy-con-analog-stick. Recalibrating helps short-term but I just got some contact cleaner.

In the screenshots, it looks like the mummy's hand is holding the Glaive from Krull (but it seems to be missing a blade).

The built-in kickstand of the original Switch had design flaws: it was flimsy and often popped off, the Switch leaned to one side when used, and it exposed your SD card. I found a plastic stand that folds flat for easy storage at Five Below a few years back. It's a $5 fix!

This looks good. That reminds me: what happened to Curse of the Sea Rats?

Which Switch is right for me? The one I already have; I can't afford another one. I'm glad I'm not missing out on a new Metroid/Zelda/Mario game that's only available on an upgraded model. I still think this should have been the version that launched, though.

I'd like to play a Star Fox game without gimmicks. Also preferably not another remake of Star Fox 64.

I still need to play the first one; I bought the Switch version during a sale but I'm working through the backlog (currently playing Axiom Verge). I'll have time to wait for a sale on the sequel

Wayforward is known for animated style games. Have they ever made a game with this polygonal art style before?

@TakoSamurai $80 for AAA games in the future doesn't sound farfetched when PS5 games are selling for $70 now.

As to the matter at hand: if a remake of Link's Awakening sells for $60, why wouldn't an original Metroid game be full price?

Remembering the console wars of the 90's, I marvel at how I can now play Mario, Sonic, and Crash Bandicoot games on my Nintendo system.

I get this error but if I click on Continue enough times, the game downloads. It's like I wear the Switch down.

How long before we see a screenshot or preview of Metroid Prime 4?

I got the PS4 version for $5 (it was a Best Buy Deal of the Day), but haven't tried it yet. I will not be double-dipping.

They went with this art style so nobody would accuse them of copying Wargroove.

Metroid alone made this Direct an A for me. Advance Wars and Cruis'n Blast were really nice surprises.

This game made E3 for me. It looks fantastic!

Classic Revival could be used for so many games yet, sadly, will probably remain open.

Edit: I admit I was wrong. Who saw Advance Wars coming? Surprisingly, Cruis'n Blast was leaked but true.

Do you remember the Peanuts comic strip where Charlie Brown tries to kick the football? As a Metroid fan, I feel like Charlie Brown and Nintendo is standing in for Lucy ("we promise not to pull it away this time"). Also, it's not easy being a fan of F-Zero, Wave Race, and Star Fox. It's a good thing I like Zelda.

I want to get physical versions of Zombies Ate My Neighbors, Contra Anniversary Collection, Axiom Verge 2, and River City Girls 2. What I can afford, however....

Once you read a review for one of these games, it's too late. There have been several great games I hadn't even heard of until seeing a review on Nintendo Life. I won't buy from scalpers; I'd rather go without.

@moodycat While we're waiting for Metroid Prime 4 and asking for Metroid Prime Trilogy, Nintendo shadow drops Other M 2. It'd be totally ironic if it was actually good.

@Jmjfrank I liked The Last Story more than Xenoblade Chronicles. A Switch remaster would be welcome.

@MontyCircus That's a really good point. I had already decided that, if I bought this game, I'd buy the physical version to get the original game.

@CactusMan Beyond Good and Evil HD was on PS3, so it should be able to run on Switch.

I would really like to see a new Rayman game for Switch, even if Michel Ancel is sadly no longer involved.

I thought 'Twice for Nintendo Switch' was a reference to the Wii U (and now 3DS) ports.

Two Point Hospital might still be on sale on the eshop. Three days ago, I got the Jumbo Upgrade DLC, which was also on sale. I look forward to jumping back into the game and checking it out. I enjoy the puns (such as Mock Star, with Freddie Mercury wannabes strutting around, and Lightheadedness, whose sufferers have light bulb heads) and general sense of humor (if a patient dies, the ghost wanders around but a properly-skilled janitor can vacuum it up Luigi style). I am definitely intersted in this university-themed follow up.

I noticed that DLC for Overcooked 2 and Moving Out are also on sale. I already had the Overcooked 2 DLC but I got the Movers in Paradise DLC and Narita Boy, which I was pleasantly surprised at being on sale since it's a recent release.

Impossible Lair is generally accepted as the better of the two Yooka-Laylee games.

This looks really promising. The art style looks great. However, the main character looks like he was copied from Scribblenauts.

I watched the trailer and thought it looked like Teslagrad crossed with Super Meat Boy. I then read the same assessment in the article.

I already have Tony Hawk and Destroy All Humans on PS4 with no desire to double dip. As a retro gamer, I am excired to play Zombies Ate My Neighbors and Alex Kidd. This is the first I've heard about Fallen Knight, but the screenshot looks intriguing; I'd like to see more before committing. Game Builder Garage and Mario Golf go on my Eventually list, waiting for a Black Friday or Mario Day sale.

I passed on the mobile ports. I was disappointed that SE didn't port the NES versions to Switch instead. However, this looks much more appealing! I echo the comments requesting the first two games to be remade in this style and released to the West.
