I would really like to play the Cruis'n (and Rush) games on Switch.

I'll just wait for the Switch-related announcements to be posted here. There's no sense tempting myself with games for a system I can't afford.

I played the demo and got tired of it after three levels. I decided that this game isn't for me. It's strange seeing an unknown developer's name in the game title. When do we see Shigeru Myamoto's Donkey Kong or Yuji Naka's Sonic the Hedgehog?

As a longtime gamer, I am rather forgiving of graphics on the Switch. I was happy to play Space Invaders and Asteroids; look how far we've come. Plus, I can play handheld.

Also, I remember the console wars of the 90's and marvel that I can play Mario, Sonic, and Crash Bandicoot games on my Nintendo system.

When Nintendo releases the Metroid Prime games for the Switch, it will officially be my favorite console. F Zero, and Wave Race would be nice too. And StarFox without gimmickry controls...

Lucasfilm Classic Games is $15 on the US eshop. If Limited Run releases a physical copy, it will probably cost $30 (using Star Wars: Republic Commandos as reference).

Edit: I was wrong; it's going to be $35 plus shipping. I'll probably wait for a sale on the eshop; I need to stretch my budget.

The tagline brought an image of a crossover that will never happen: Pocket Monster Hunter. Gather provisions and get ready to take down a giant Pikachu.

Both games are available physically on one cartridge and is not a limited run. And a 9! I'm definitely interested.

@TDRsuperstar2 I have the same concern. I buy all of the major Nintendo games physical. The minor ones, like The Stretchers and Good Job! tend to be digital only. Indie games I am split on. I prefer physical but, many times, the physical copy is at least twice the regular digital price. So, I often buy the digital when it goes on sale. Hollow Knight is a prime example: the physical copy sells for $35 at Best Buy; I bought the digital version on sale for $10.

This is the price point Miitopia should have been released at.

I remember a print ad for the original SNES Flashback that said it was CD quality on a cartridge. I loved cinematic games like this one, Another World (aka Out of This World), and (to a lesser extent) Heart of Darkness. I had a hard time playing Fade to Black. I hope Flashback 2 is a return to 2D.

I'm still addicted to Grindstone; I just finished level 111 and I'm not done yet. I'm also playing Fez and Katana Zero for some faux retro gaming. I played Sonic the Hedgehog for some real retro gaming after watching the movie, which is currently included with Prime Video.

@AndyC_MK I didn't see Mega Man 11 on this list either.

I played the demo and decided that there is no way I am going to buy this for $50. Those miis are impressive, though.

Clive 'N' Wrench has been on my radar far a while. I had not heard of the other two. I would get Gearshifters during a sale. Treasures of the Aegean is the real surprise. I loved Flashback and Another World/Out of This World; a game like those but smoother and in a comic book style is going to the top of my wishlist.

Hopefully, this sends a message to other third party companies that good games designed for Switch will sell well. [I'm looking at you, EA].

Instruction manuals were necessary in an age when games had no tutorials and the pause screen had no option to see controls.

@popey1980 Contrary to what the article says, the release notes say you can get 30 tickets to "sell" a theme you have. I believe it costs 15 tickets to acquire a theme.

The option to exchange tickets for missed special event themes has been available for some time. This update is adding the reverse: you can now exchange your special event themes for tickets, according to the Feature section of the release notes.

I just downloaded this over the weekend during the latest sale. Sadly, my budget trumps my desire for a physical copy.

None of the Mother/Earthbound games are on Switch right now.

How is a game called Clive 'N' Wrench not a Ratchet & Clank clone? Having said that, this looks like it could be a good 3D-style platformer. However, I would like a good Ratchet & Clank clone for Switch since Sony would never share its property with Nintendo.

@mattmayatt I would love to see F-Zero, Wave Race, and Pilotwings games on Switch. Especially Wave Race. I really enjoyed the N64 original plus this could be a graphical showpiece for Switch. I'd like to see the water and lighting effects they'd come up with for an original Switch Wave Race.

I bought and started playing Fez last night; I like it. I'll admit that I'm a big kid; I'm really excited about TMNT: Shredder's Revenge. Seeing OlliOlli Oxenfree reminds me of childhood games of tag. (I know it's actually two separate games, but my brain finds it amusing to mash them together.)

This is going to the top of my wishlist.

This is a good game and a fine addition to the Switch library. Also, I appreciate the Doctor Who reference.

This is great news. I still have my copy of Norse by Norsewest for Playstation, but I never got to play the SNES version.

I enjoyed Aqua Kitty UDX a lot. I'm glad this got a good review, although I was hoping it would be an 8.
