@Curlynob lol your all good. I've only finished chapter one I'll keep going maybe it'll improve in my eyes but I'm not holding out much hope either.
Besides half the fault lies with me as it was pure impulse buy and just want to fill up some space on the Switch lol, I'll be more careful next time.

I reckon the price difference wasn't great enough to set up the standard New 3ds in its own place, it was only an extra $40-60 to get the XL..... why wouldn't you spend the xtra money to get the bigger size? But reading this makes me want one in my collection just so I know what it's like personally.... I will keep my peepers open for one before they all disappear.

@SLIGEACH_EIRE I got the new 2DS xl recently and fits really well into the pocket it's made me take my 3ds games out the house much more than they have in the past. I don't have the new 3ds xl to compare though only old 3ds xl.

Didn't have this variant but once I replaced my first 3DS with my first XL I didn't really go back to the smaller model.
I got the new 2DS XL the other week and it's so good I've picked up some games that were sitting unloved.
Shame about this model though, the bottoms were sweet!

@Tempestryke I'm not a fan of flash art but I gotta say hand drawn or not there are only a few moments in the series I enjoyed the animation, otherwise I found the rest pretty non impressive. Fight with the "sleeping hero" was pretty nice though!

Watched Ep 1 and the second wouldn't load. I'll catch the rest later.
Gotta say Warren Ellis script is a little hamtastic and didn't enjoy the animation too much, why try to ape anime but not do it justice. Anyway hoping it gets better there's only four eps to watch so yeah we will see.

@SLIGEACH_EIRE @-DG I understand there is a lot of people who don't have or never tried a WiiU for reasons we all know. But I agree with S_Eire in that I personally don't want too many ports or over reliance on ports as I have a WiiU and the games that'll be ported I have. I may double dip but I want to be very clear in that just ports won't do. Ports of WiiU or PS4 & XBONE, for me not enough. It would be nice to eventually have a library like DS 3DS where there is a whole bunch of stuff you can't experience elswhere. Hell isnt that why we all became Nintendo fanboys as that's been their thing right?

@Tempestryke there is a little leap there yes and by the way the article reads it is defo not proclaiming Bayonetta is coming to Switch just saying COULD it be hinting at it.
I was going to break down the whole Platinum liking Nintendo posts and the colours etc, but you know what just read it again man... if it still doesn't make sense why people are excited oh well.

@RainbowGazelle lol Nintendo are very good at making money, look at the peripherals, they are notorious mate... it was a matter of time before DLC and micro transactions if that irked you then you don't know the company.
I look at the controllers and added hard ware extras sat next to my Wii, WiiU and now Switch. They know how to get dollar out your pocket.

@rjejr that's the first thing that sprang to mind for me, player 1&2 Amiibos.
The colours don't feel like the joycon colours to me but the mirrored image does seem very joycon like....
Looking like ports of 1&2 which I would still buy, man I want a third so bad.

@shani shame you didn't get into it, Bayonetta is the kinda combat system you can fall in to a rhythm playing and me and the misses you can see very different play styles coming to the fore. I love it for that it has the box of toys and you play it the way you want. I'd say give it another go if it wouldn't frustrate you too much you played less than 2 hours there's loads to unlock and discover.

Sssso if this doesn't make it would other 3rd party devs give up on making ports of PS4/XBONES games, cause I kinda don't mind that.
I've said it before if there a shiner version available on other consoles then I'll play on them. I don't wanna see the Switch with the same games I want unique games made for it....

Never use the 3D on mine. Looked at these yesterday the blue n black is so nice. Think I may get one.

I show little interest in FIFA but pick it up on the cheap a few years on and always enjoy playing it. I'm excited for this one simplifying the buttons for the joy cons might mean I can finally convince others to play with me as they complain it's too complicated.
Day one for me I can't wait especially since seeing some footage it looks ace!
(Not interested in it being the same as other consoles I want it to be different)

There was some frame rate drops in zelda. Ultimately didn't affect my game.

Can't wait for Samus Returns it was one of my E3 highlights. I gonna buy it for the 3DS but would totally purchase on the Switch if it were on that. But yes @Kalmaro it'll help ease the pain of dropping another $200 on a 2DS I really don't need.... just want one hahah

@Oat the only support they have given the Smash community is to allow them to use the Nintendo logo. That's about all....
One of the the most exciting self produced esports and Nintey just ignore it. I suppose it doesn't help that the later entries haven't quiet stacked up to Melee.

Love the support hate the Rabbids. To me it looks awful but I have never liked them and that type of humour. Minions are the same stupid base comedy. But again that's just me. Defo want 3rd parties like this so happy overall. Hope all that want a game like Mario + Rabbids get what they want and Ubi get sales so we get more support in the long run. Switch's E3 is slowly gaining some traction.

@MintFox don't do away with the glider I have found I am playing other games jumping off high ledges pressing jump again expecting a nice gentle cruise to far off distances except there's no glider!!!!
