Just wanted to clarify, I'm pretty sure this ad is for EB Games in Australia. They have video ads running on a loop in store and that narrators annoying voice is on all of the EB Game in-store ads. I would be surprised if he was also hired by Nintendo for TV commercials.
I haven't seen any WiiU ads in Australia running for that long, i think it is so in-depth because it's not a TV commercial.

Also wanted to point out that the narrators voice is very annoying and weird, it does not represent the general Australian dialect let alone most other Australian advertisement narrators.

@Action51 say what you want about crash as a mascot but crash bandicoot 2 is an outstanding game.

Howcome the screenshots in the review are in colour?

@Utena-mobile On a 3DSXL if you use start/select to change the aspect ratio it is quite a similar sized screen to the Gameboy Colour.

Wouldn't it make more sense to compare the 3DS to an actual Gameboy?
If you wanted HD you could use an emulator on a PC?
Retron5 doesn't really have an accurate representation of the original game running on original hardware. I just don't understand the choice of using a Retron?

I loved the DOS version of Batman Returns as a kid, I still have the box and seven floppy disks it came in, those games and films made me a big batman fan til this day.

It's dissapointing that the emulation doesn't have a gameboy colour option.

I would be very happy if this came to wiiu I love darth maul and really enjoyed force unleashed, especially on the wii.

@MrSeitaro force unleashed was better on wii than 360 and ps3

A digital only future would be good IF all the games bought carry to multiple devices and are future proof meaning all new consoles can play games purchased from previous generations, and you don't have to be connected to the Internet to access the games.
It would be nice to access a complete Nintendo library from all generations for generations to come.

I bought the boxed versions of moon and the dementiums on ds just for the cartridge and box but intend on getting the 3D remakes aswell.
I would love a boxed collection.

I wanted this game a long time ago. I really don't like how they changed the name though. Some of the PC reviews dampened my hype for it.

@gatorboi352 especially considering that the 3DS can play DS games, I too find it baffling that they've made it a priority. Everyones still screaming out for GCN on WiiU.

Being in Australia I worry the WiiU version won't come with the wii copy. I have the WiiU version preordered but do you think the 3DS version is worth picking up too?

@Ralek85 to be fair what makes splatoon so innovative unique and great is the gamepad.

I don't like the idea of amiibo containing content. Especially in the Splatoon figures as I end up buying things I otherwise would not buy but I suppose that's what Nintendo want.

@DarthNocturnal valve made mods become paid only, a change from optional..There was negative backlash so they reverted back.
The games on your PS3 will sit on your hard drive for the rest of your hard drives life, unlike steam you don't need to be online to access it.

At the start of the week I decided I will eventually buy a new 3ds to replace my old XL and to go alongside my Majoras Mask n3DS XL so I bought a couple of cover plates and pondered if they would ever bring something exclusive out for the standard n3DS...I think Nintendo can read my thoughts...

The amiibo and special edition already ran out after 1 day of being listed at EB Games in Australia, they're still not stocking enough to meet demand.

If this doesn't make it to the WiiU stretch goal it's a damn shame as the Nintendo community are the most passionate and excited about the reimagining of the castlevania series.
I wish Nintendo would release their innovative and creative hardware with higher specs to get more third party support.

@BLPs I think the poll was skewed towards Thomas' argument and not very open to other arguments especially in the 'I have no idea option'.
I personally would like to see the same eshop purchasing format with a complete library of previous first/second party games and more third party.
Also an account based system that is accessible on all future Nintendo systems be it handheld or home console.
