It's nothing like that. What a mad analogy that is. I can't buy Mario for my TV. Is MK8 somehow not on the Switch when I play online because there's now a server involved?

I have a Switch. I load up the eShop. I buy the game. I use the Switch controller to play the game.

Well, no. I have a Switch, it's my main gaming device. I don't feel like paying £400 for a PS/Xbox to play one game. If I get this, I'd still be playing it on my telly.

Personally I think it's both amazing and fantastic that this is out on Switch, contemporary with the wider release, and playable.

This looks like a lot of fun but I have to agree, £100 for the full game is insane, £60 for the base game is also madness. I know you have to pay the artists but come on, this is ridiculous.

Sadly, I don't think you can combine them, it's £6.25 a pop and it's one "free" thing per order.

I have no issues with this, it could be the future, although of course it if is then why have a Switch at all.

If I could play cross-platform, on Switch, iPad, even Android, I'd pay for that. Switch-only cloud gaming seems a little.... restrictive. But if it means we get games we had no chance of ever playing on a Nintendo console, then great. If it means we stop getting real ports and get lazy cloud titles shovelled our way, then I say a big Booooo right now.

And of course, you can't play it on the train or the bus.

Conduct Together is cheap again, and highly recommended.

@anguspuss sounds great! Glad it's as fun as the videos make it look. One thing I've not seen anywhere is if you can make raised courses with ramps etc, logically I can't see why not although maybe it messes up the camera? Has anyone tried that?

And to my complete lack of surprise, Nintendo (UK) online shop have just emailed to say there'll be a delay sending these out. Looks like it's sold out everywhere.

Well, I've ordered - late I know - from Nintendo, so let's see when they get it out to me. Looks like it'll be hard to get hold of for a while.

Don't know how it works in the US, but the posters are 'free' in the UK (with 300 points), you just have to pay something like £8 for shipping! I thought I could combine it with a purchase at the Nintendo online store, but no. So this is a bit of a scam if you ask me.

I agree, images would be nice, although watching the video is beneficial for the content creator which I think is a good thing.

Glad to see "even more" coming in the future. Hopefully we can finally have revenge and there will be justice for Callie in a Callie vs Marie rematch.

As a person with large hands, these are easily my favourite controllers. Pro controller if on TV, and these if in portable. On the rare occasions I need gyro or NFC then I reluctantly switch back to the official pads.
