@ThanosReXXX I’d have to disagree with you there, these views are what lies underneath, they are true feelings said because it can be done anonymously. You think it’s the format that gives the catalyst for the garbage spewed on the internet? It’s a nice notion to believe that we’d all be sharing drinks , although a misguided one.
This is why everyone should say what they want without having rebuttals of others forcing their world views trying to change opinions they are not capable of changing.
Now talk about a new switch pro with a bigger screen and more powerful processor and I’d happily discuss that over a drink.

I also agree with the guy who said using the word “daddy” in a sexual way creeps him out, and anyone with the counter of people say “milf” will you need to realise many of us accept there are gay people and happily talk to them and even have them as friends because at the end of the day we are all human, but it’s not a way of life I see as ideal, and for those reasons this game does not appeal to me. So let people say what they want, as long as they aren’t hurting anyone else, their beliefs are there own. So pls keep your righteous indignation to yourselves.

@RiasGremory if that’s your logic then everything can run on anything as long as the dev takes their time to work out all the kinks in the port, right? How can you even say it’s not a question of how weak the switch is!? I love my switch but it’s plagued with games with these problems. Why do pc, and the other consoles not have this problem? All formats, get optimised for and yes some game need tweaks but nothing compared to what the switch ports have suffered. Sorry but this is a direct reflection of the lack of power the switch has, devs wouldn’t need to put in half as much work to optimise their games ( which is obviously causing these problems)

Don’t make me laugh, nearly every game is marred with bad resolution, frame drops or just ugly textures, apart from Nintendo’s own stuff..yet your all happy to play along and call it a marvel because you can take it on the go? Yes that’s great and all but after so much crap like this it’s just getting boring and stale now. One could say it’s the devs not porting right, but with such lack of power in this day and age to boot! I can’t blame the devs it must be taking so much work just to port the games to switch because so MANY games have this problem and I’m realising this is not all down to poor ports. It Is not going to cut it if they want games like this.
Even playing xb2, such a great game but so ugly due to resolution even docked, they would squeeze so much more impact out that game if it could look as good as they intended it too.

I don’t own anything other then a switch now but it’s true, Nintendo even with amazing games won’t scare Sony or Microsoft as their consoles are never even close to as powerful.
With the switch I was hoping for a serious power boost but it’s safe to say we won’t ever see a Nintendo console that has power equal to everything else at the time.

@Euler so what your saying is that the last 20-30 years of what mario games have been released is not in this game?
Hmm strange going by screen shots and gameplay I could swear that it’s all the past Marios ( excluding anything on 64 or GameCube) silly me for thinking it was the same mechanics 🤦🏻‍♂️

@Ulysses dude you must have some dodgy joycons as I use mine all the time, take it too work with friends, and my little nephews and nieces play with it and they don’t have a scratch, don’t be terrified to use them, they are not glass!

This mini is soooo frigging stupid!
Making a product that’s already mobile even smaller!?
Selling half of it also dissuades people from buying the full package!!
Not too mention the price won’t be that far from a full docked switch anyway!!
If anything give us a pro, something that can run games better then what the switch is currently doing, I mean playing Xenoblade 2 docked is so ugly in parts that it makes me think that it would be so much more enjoyable and immersive if it looked as good as it’s supposed too. I so hope Nintendo aren’t stupid enough to shoot themselves in the foot with a “mini”!

People are as much to blame who buy their products and support this crap, if everyone took a stand against crap like this we would have so much power to stop companies like ea doing these “micro transactions” but I guess that’s a pipe dream

It’s really weird how this is so popular! Isn’t it just the same mechanics that you all played nearly 30 years ago except now you can control the stages? I just don’t understand how people are so devoted to playing something that has been played to death and still absolutely loving it! Maybe I’ve lost something along the way in life that I had as a kid that others have maintained as I don’t understand going by the pics and what this is how it’s so popular. But I guess you could put Mario in anything and it would sell?

Like I said you are all on about the humour and great story telling which is about being GAY and wanting older men, no matter what way you try to portray it, does not change the fact it appeals to gays, bisexuals or men who think about other men in that way. This so bizarre to me, a smaller version of an already mobile switch? Not only that but it takes away from the whole point of the switch! I personally can’t see this really happening as it seems like a stupid business idea, when all they have to do is release a powerful new version of the switch with better resolution and power to make it run new software, surely this would be a better route? It’s like saying “come buy half the intended product with this switch mini”?? Also it’s price won’t be that far from the full price of a switch with dock so again it just doesn’t make sense? All because they want a 3ds substitute?!

Is this appealing to straight males? @GrailUK yeah I found that really bizarre when I’ve been reading that the switch is more powerful then the wii?! It’s either they lied to us or this is another example of devs porting these average games, and being lazy on the port for the quick payday? Sad thing is it will probably do well and we will suffer more of these crappy ports (when it doesn’t have to be like this!)

The first was better but that’s not a huge compliment, so to think these shovel ware games are still being allowed on switch is disappointing. They might as well accept all the mobile crap that comes out as some of the games that have made it on the switch is mind boggling! They could easily cut 30-40% of the games on the store that fall in this category, I personally believe it makes the switch more appealing if you weeded out these quick cash grab games.

This is why I wish Nintendo just had a beefier chip in the switch, now that they know it’s successful and will almost guaranteed to have a great shelf life they should realise successful franchises like this will come over! So at least try and make it easier work, I mean 520p I can live with but it’s definitely not ideal if you have seen it on other consoles running smooth. I hope they nail it but I think as a score it will be an 8 at best

I got this on iPad 3 months ago in beta....so honestly guys stay away, it’s so mundane, poorly executed and and has no sense of adventure. It’s pretty much a cash grab with typical mobile f2p style gameplay and is a far cry from anything to do with elder scrolls. I stopped playing it a week in as I gave it the benefit of the doubt but it’s just the same thing rinse and repeat.

Personally not a fan of crow, but I guess since I know no mini will be released, I will able to avoid that crow lol

Because I haven’t seen one person say, ‘oh I’d love a mini” not one single person! Mention a pro and I’ve seen a good few posts of the guys wanting a pro version, so I’m pointing out that you will not see a “more mobile version of s6omething that is already a mobile version!”
So yes it would absolutely not be successful that’s a given...unless you can enlighten me on who wants this mini, and why they would want one?

@HobbitGamer wii u 16gb is a terrible example, that’s just the gb! Lol the 2ds Xl was the opposite, an upgrade to a bigger screen not making a smaller version. My point is the switch is already perfect for being mobile and stationary. They already got the size down without having to release mini versions because that’s what it is.
If you can name me one person who wants a Nintendo mini released, I’d like you to explain why they would want an even smaller version of something handheld and mobile that can actually fit in jacket pockets? I ask this because a few of you are going on about this mini like it’s a wanted product?! I’d like to understand what someone’s logic is behind it.

So who does it appeal to? So your telling me someone wants a smaller version of the switch to play games like some have mentioned like animal crossing etc Those games are the most expensive!! There is no middle market with the switch to have a mini, I understand there may be a tiny niche market but I guarantee you that’s all it will be. @Elithal I guess I can maybe see some logic in Nintendo’s thinking but honestly, I feel if someone wants a switch they are going to want the best of both worlds..it’s like saying “hey please by our product” so they will sell you half of it so you save money and don’t have to go all out on the full package!?! It’s just ludicrous to me that they would consider this a business decision! I truly hope this is not a thing as if the price was £199.99 for example, they would only need to spend another £75 to get the full product! Personally want to see a better spec switch myself, higher resolution handheld and more processing power for modern games to run that much better.

This game “animus” is NOT free 2 play, but it’s nothing special, you are best off getting dark souls.

No way! I really loved playing the new Mario, I got it on release day and played it non stop with family and friends lol
But what you said is so true, I wish there were more meaty games instead of the shovelware and mobile games, I’d much rather have old console games as ports. I wish Nintendo were a bit stricter on what they allow through the store.
I’ve ordered dark souls and can’t wait to play as I have never played any dark soul games so can’t wait for it to be delivered!

The sheer amount of shovelware is getting ridiculous and the good games are lost in this sea of shovelware and mobile games rereleasing their titles.
I sold my switch back in may and decided to get it back today, but there doesn’t seem to be as much of a change as I thought?!

It’s defo going to happen but it’s going to take a good few years yet. Once they be a stable system that works, it will happen. The savings in producing hardware would also be enormous for companies. It’s easy to see we’re heading that direction whether people like it or not. Granted some people have that stupid argument of they have been saying that for years...but that does not mean it won’t happen.
I hope it does only for the fact that maybe everything’s will one day be played from one device. That’s my dream, and that they are always a available regardless of updates..looking at you apple 🍏

Can’t comment I sold my switch a month ago when dark souls was delayed lol will buy one near Xmas, I’m hoping it will be more interesting for me personally.
But loving life on steam and iPad right now, so Nintendo can wait a little while when the good stuff comes out

I don’t know about you guys but I’m personally at a place where I’m barely playing my switch as I’ve played what I like and now there’s nothing left intresting me. Dark souls was my next buy as I’ve played hyrule warriors and the other games are just more fun experiences rather then deep meaty games. That’s what I want something I can put many hours into with an engaging story or gameplay. I mean I’m currently playing monster hunter freedom unite on my iPad and I’ve clocked in over a 120 hours, the last games I did that on were Zelda and skyrim and I’m done with those for a good while now. Very disappointed 😔

Omg I was going to message on yesterday’s post about this that no one should get excited as the switch won’t be included lmao surprise surprise!
This is the thing with any announcements like this switch is going to be left out or get a late release, that’s it, that’s not going to change.
Everyone says power doesn’t matter but if it was more powerful then including us would be way less of a cost and hassle.
We have some good games on switch and some great, but there are not that many yet.
This was no surprise

@sieg89 thanks for that dude appreciated, but I personally didn’t enjoy it nowhere near as much as gof2, but I will wait for reviews and opinions to see how these new changes impact the game.

I loved gof2 but I gotta be honest this one isn’t as good.
I played it on mobile with iap and it I don’t have fond memories of it. If gof2 was on switch I’d buy that again but not this one unfortunately.

How many more times can I say I want the farmer with the shotgun for God’s sake!
