I think he's on the right track with a Garou/Fatal Fury revival, they should never have cancelled Garou 2 to begin with at the time and right now it's the next logical step after Samurai Shodown and KOF XV.

All I can say is that this game would have been the only Blizzard game I could have played apart from The Death and Return of Superman and Rock N' Roll Racing.

I'm leaning towards Dragon Crown Pro. Didn't pay it that much attention at the time it was originally released, but now that I've just finished playing D&D: Chronicles of Mystara and enjoyed it a lot, I'm beggining to reconsider that decision, since this Dragon Crown game seems in every way like a spiritual sucessor to those D&D Capcom games.

I'm really hoping for Scalebound and Okami 2. I can definitely see myself contributing to kickstart those two.

A new Star Fox or new IP would also be welcomed.

Pokémon, Mario, Sonic and Mega Man all getting movies. I guess it had to happen sometime, but I always figured it would have happened in the 90's. Surprised to see all that going on in 2020.

He's only fictional. I meant that he played for a Brazilian team in the series story.

Mario Kart 9 has to happen sometime in the Switch life span, or else break the tradition of a new Kart game every generation since Super Mario Kart. And personally I'm all for it, since I already played 8 to death on the WiiU and won't ever be getting Deluxe for Switch.
As for it being a new F-Zero, I don't think it's impossible to happen, but definitely not as a "major holiday release".

I would go as far as to say that here in Brazil this series is even more popular than in Japan itself. It inspired every kid (including myself) who grew up watching Tsubasa and the gang. Especially with he's coach being a Brazilian and with Tsubasa himself eventually coming to play football here.

Yep, that's about right. The characters keep on battling enemies in the background. A nice little touch indeed.

I'm actually playing through Legends right now and very close to finishing it, it's a great game... I don't about a sequel yet, but a remake would be appreciated for sure.

I had no idea up until reading this article. Never crossed my mind that Kirby was top dog for the Japanese.

I'm actually more surprised to see Link taking third place than by anything else. I'd reckon he was the most popular Nintendo character on a worldwide scale.

I'm yet to play any of the Luigi's Mansion games.
With all the hype surrounding the third entry I might as well try to play the original game sometime.

For me personally a remake of SA1 would be nice, but i'd rather have SA3 for Switch.
I already played SA1 to death both on the Dreamcast and on Game Cube.

I love Other M, it's my favorite Metroid game.
I'm not such a big fan of FPS games, so I was excited from the beginning when Other M was announced.
In fact I would gladly take "Other M 2" over Prime 4. Nintendo just have to "fix Samus" to end complaints and they're golden.

Also the thought of seeing this as a style in Super Mario Maker would be cool. The movie also.
Or at least as alternate outfits for Mario in a future 3D game (if they keep that idea around for the next one).

Whilst i've never gotten around to playing the original, i've always found this game to be the most interesting out of the 2D Zelda entries.
Gonna give this remake a try.

I'm currently playing Planet Robobot on the 3DS and it's actually better than i had anticipated. I was afraid of the whole "industrial theme" messing up the game, but it actually gave it a nice contrast against the usually cutesy, nature backdrop common to the series.

With that said, i think it's about time they branch out to 3D like Mario and Zelda or at least try a different approach to 2D like they did with Epic Yarn.

As someone who got this game for story mode alone, i actually don't have many complaints about it.
The game offered me a very nice nostalgic trip down memory lane with all the different game styles and missions.
SMB2 and GB modes would be a nice addition to the mix. Text and world map also. Maybe even a little "cut scene creator". This way the story mode could better mimic the OG format from past games. Since we'll probably never again have a traditional Mario 2D adventure with those "makers" flying around.

It'll most likely be a new Sonic game.
If so, it would be cool if they could revive Adventure with a 3rd installment.
I'm not a detractor of the new bases of gameplay (modern & Classic Sonic), but Adventure games have much more variety gameplaywise.

I have some found memories of playing Joe & Mac in the SNES back in the day. Maybe i ought to give this a try, but i dunno, something just didn't click for me in the trailer.
Oh well, perhaps i'll just wait for the Joe & Mac reboot that was promised after the release of the Toki remake.

Looks cute, but i'm not sold on this "full immersion" and "tough as nails" features. These just make the game sound punishing and aimless.

Life's always been difficult to Brazilian Nintendo fans.
The little amount of "representation" we do get here is subpar at best.
Sony and Microsoft are leaps and bounds ahead in that regard.

Indeed it will widen the gap, but i still think it's better to lag behind 8K PS5/Xbox2 with a 4K Switch Pro, than to still be at 1080p when those two arrive.

I'm all in for a Pro version. Assuming it'll be 4K HDR capable and comes with a larger internal data storage capacity.

I do believe the Switch Lite will (sadly) just replace the 3DS eventually. It's gonna be the end of the line for standalone dedicated portables.
I'd rather have a true sucessor for the 3DS line.

Not such a big surprise for me tbh.
As i watched the trailer for this game, my levels of excitement dropped considerably when i got to see the side scrolling parts. They already lacked polishing since the beginning.

I'm not yet quite sure how i should be feeling about a direct sequel.
As much as i've enjoyed the original, i'm not ready to come back to the same exact machinations again. It must be a lot different this time around to really get my attention. Just as OoT was from MM.

Some screenshots at least would have been nice, but ok, i can wait a bit longer for the full deal.
As for Metroid i wasn't expecting anything regarding Prime 4. Just wished they made the announcement regarding the original Prime trilogy HD for Switch.

I'm all about convenience for the sake of having fun in video games. As long as the aids are optional, everyone can enjoy the game in their own way.
As far as i'm concerned every game could benefit from optional conveniences and multiple difficult levels.

I'm doing ok so far with my 256 gb card. Most of my games are 1st party.
But if i ever need to replace it i'm definitely going to be aiming for this new 1tb model.
Alas is expensive, but only for the "extremely rich" is pushing it a bit to far on the scale lol

I was planning to buy the amico regardless, so it's yet another new game for me to play and i'll gladly do so. Didn't think i would ever get to play a brand new game in this series.

Sonic definitely looks off, but i think saying he's beyond recognition in case of a simple palette swap it's a bit of a stretch.

Robotnik it's actually pretty decent and in character.
Sonic is a human/hedgehog hybrid that taps into the speed force. Still getting used to that part... But all things considered it wasn't as bad as i was hoping it would be.

The soundtrack isn't bad per say, it's just the repetition that gets to me. Mostly my brain shuts the music down after awhile and it just focuses on the sfx.
This sorta thing worked fine back in the day because of hardware limitations. No such excuse available nowadays.

Playing Smash in single player sucks most of the fun out of it. Same with Mario Party and others alike.
I enjoyed Smash from 64 do Brawl, when i had plenty of buddies who could come to my house and we would all get together and Smash.
Nowadays they're all married lol and i found that playing smash for WiiU alone was definitely not my cup of tea. Played it very little and also didn't get Ultimate after.
