@sixrings I want a pro model. It’s really hard to play switch at what most switch games run at, the eye destroying 30 FPS. Yuck.

Does Konami even make games anymore?

@RasandeRose this is 100% the case, and why I give them a pass on it. It could be worse. They could be like apple and not only charge an insane amount on their accessories, but on their console as well. $600 for a switch? $150 for more joycon? $1000 for a switch stand? Yeah, no thanks, apple.

Nope. Not even going to try. Nice try, again, Nintendo. I want them. But. Not worth my time.

I can’t stand how they changed the camera controls. My brain can’t handle it. Maybe give the option to invert the camera?

@PretendWorking they tried competing on a power level with the N64 and GCN, both considered failures compared to the competition. Nintendo should probably keep doing what Nintendo is doing, methinks.

@OorWullie Mario+Rabbids Kingdom Battle is a 3rd party game, regardless of having the word “Mario” in the title, and its phenomenal. I wish more third parties embraced the switch for exclusives...

I’m very happy with 1080p on switch, but will be ok with 4K too.

@Retro_Player_77 you’ll have to ask Siri. Who will continue to say, “I don’t know what you’re asking for.” Then you get so frustrated you throw your switch pro against the wall and go buy a vanilla switch.

@Alucard83 super Mario sunshine will be widescreen. Google videos of it. There one that compares the GC version to the switch video Nintendo released.

@vyseofhr dare I say: I don’t want a remake. The games are perfect as they are. The 720p/1080p upscale is good enough for me. Just wish Mario 64 had widescreen support...

@darkswabber yes!!! Great idea for lost cost downloadables! I’d be so all over them if they existed.

@LavaTwilight was that because the Wii eshop closed? You still should have been able to redownload anything you purchased when it was open. Of course. But also, the Wii eshop purchases were tied to the system you bought it on. Nintendo changed to an account based system since then, so purchased are redownloaded easily. Does anybody here have experience with something that has been delisted on the eshop and can attest to being able to redownload? Switch specifically.

@LavaTwilight yes. If something is delisted, but you already own the license, you can redownload.

@LavaTwilight you absolutely can reclaim digital purchases on new switches. I’ve done it twice already.

God... the whining from people who feel so entitled on this post gives me rage. If you don’t like what they’re offering, don’t buy it. And don’t compare it to illegal fan remasters either. Those aren’t valid. I, myself, am pleased with what I’ve seen and will be picking up a copy.
