I'm saying, when the same game is on multiple platforms, people will comment when one looks better than the other. it's almost compulsory.

even in cases like MGS on GBC, or Virtua Fighter 2 on genesis, they will always point out, "while it lacks the 3D polygonal graphics of [X platform]..."

I think you'll get a kick out of "On Cinema, at The Cinema," which is a sort of anti-comedy series Tim Heidecker and Neil Hamburger did in the c.2010s as a sendup of public access TV film critic shows. The less you know going in, the better 👍

also Dr Katz, Professional Therapist is one of the great cartoons and/or improv shows of the 90s and definitely underappreciated today, in my opinion. Just the fact that it's animated improv is kinda unique, come to think of it. If you are into 90's comedians even better, though I'm sure most of them are American. ✌️

I haven't seen the second one, but the first was particularly weak even compared to for example Shrek and Despicable Me, in terms of pacing, plot, writing, and acting. Boring yet exhausting is how I would describe it.

in general I just wish the buttons weren't labelled on controllers! I know what console I'm playing.

(ps - it wouldnt be that hard for Nintendo to offer the option to swap the layout system-wide, or even per game or per controller. The "other" hybrid handheld system does this, but I do realize that would be a very "Nontendo" thing to do ✌️)

FWIW and from what I can find, there is no controller called the "Hautepad C-AT Arcade Controller For Switch 1 & 2" but if there was, the buttons would be labelled as such.

this is a bit like demanding that controllers made for Switch "need their labelling sorted" for use on PC.

Friends, let me tell you, speaking as someone who bought a Steamdeck LCD on 320usd sale in October, months before they went away for good: if you have been thinking of getting a Switch 2 for 450, just do it, man. things change so fast, now.

I fully planned to buy my wife an LCD so we could play online and LAN games together, and they discontinued it a couple days before i got on there to buy it. Now, I cant even get her the more expensive model.

I couldn't care less about this movie but if I did, I would be joining the chorus of people here rightfully calling out the massive spoiler. Still, one thing I cant stand is an organization clearly messing up and then telling it's own users "we are right, you are wrong," and employing bad faith arguments to support their mistake. So here we are.

You guys are well aware that you could've made the headline something like "You'll never guess who is joining the cast of the new Mario movie!" and then a vague thumbnail. You've ironically chosen rage bait over clickbait this time. the fact that "it's on social media" is no excuse, as others point out. If Nlife hadnt reported this, I'd never have known about it without watching the movie. Our fault for putting our faith in our favorite Nintendo News site, we suppose.
