Completely agree, so tired of FMV's to show off games. Show us actual gameplay footage. Like Dragon Quest XI, yeah they have shown actual footage, but no actual footage of a battle, which is what matters most in a RPG.

Seriously, pointing out the jagged edges on the 3DS?!? They do realize that the 3ds screen has a lot less pixels than a 1080p tv right. Meaning the jagged edges have nothing to do with the 3ds capabilities as it is about the 3ds's limited screen resolution. Have them play the ps4 version on a tv with the same resolution as a 3ds and then it will be a fair comparison. Honestly, I would love to see this actually.

As much as I loved this game back in the day, I will play the remake before I play the original again just because I always hated how you could waste attacks if you attacked a monster that had been killed with a previous hit from a comrade in the same round..

I wouldn't say good, the one thing the Switch needs to be successful is the handheld's game library, so they better be making these 3DS games multiplatform for the Switch as well..

Yes I have seen the band, and what it was "initially" suppose to do, but it was delayed, and the possible reason may have something to do with better tracking using it. But I am sorry, what good will it be to walk around with a hideous watch(seriously they could make it less childish looking) while your phone is in your pocket if you are actually out hunting pokemon? Is your phone too heavy for you? I go out for the sole purpose of hunting pokemon, I'm not putting my phone in and out of my pocket every time something pops up that's pointless...unless this watch is going to actually show you what is nearby before I pull my phone out. But to each their own..

Yep, isn't it kinda convenient it was delayed...

I kinda have the feeling that the 3-steps was removed because they are going to somehow add that to the pokemon Go watch thing(which is developed by Nintendo I believe) and make us pay for it...Just a guess.

Sorry but the nearby function doesn't show anything accurately. First off, pokemon I catch, as in obviously as "nearby" as it gets most of the time aren't even on the nearby list. I hunt with friends, as in within close proximity to each other and our "nearby" lists are almost completely different. When it is minimized, it supposedly shows the nearest 3 pokemon, but when I open the nearby tracker their order is completely different. So what I am saying is, it is near worthless. If they want people to keep playing they need to give us some kind of help pointing us in the right direction, even if it gives a range in meters like within 10-20 meters from us so we know if we are at least heading towards or away. Or even better allow us to choose what we want to show on the nearby tracker. Removing the things that aren't hard to find, which will put less effort on the servers having to show everything that is nearby(normally just pidgeys, ratattas, weedles).

Ummm.. did I see a different trailer than half of you, because all I saw was a cinematic trailer with no actual gameplay footage? So how come everyone is super excited when literally know nothing other than a game is being made lol.

Second stick and 4 shoulder buttons, it needs to conform to third party control schemes if we want third party support..

I'd give anything for a Mario Party Nintendo NX Collection. Including all boards and characters from all the games from N64 and Gamecube.

You need to play the first 5 to see what made a good Mario party game. All went downhill fast after those. I still play Mario Party 4 and 5 at least a few times a month or more with friends. 1-3's graphics have dated too much for me, but remakes would be awesome

Yep that one phrase already tells me this will suck. How do they not realize the majority doesn't not like this mechanic. I know I am partly the blame for buying just to give it the benefit of the doubt. Played every board the day I bought it, haven't touched it since.

Nintendo needs there home console and portable to be one system. It will be the only way they can guarantee support and a constant supply of new games. Imagine the Wii U was a hybrid, and had all of the DS and 3DS games available in its library. It would have definitely been a much bigger success. I personally don't like handhelds because of their small screens but they have dozens upon dozens of games I want to play but never have because of that limitation. Put pokemon on the big screen and systems will sell PERIOD!

NOT WUVING HAPPY AT ALL!! I don't see why I am one of the few that sees a problem with this. Maybe most don't see the problem here so let me explain why I don't like it. We will get just the campaign on disc for those who bought the disk version, then we have to download the rest later.. I want everything on the disc. There is no guarantee that the extras will always be available for download. Digital content will not always be there and ps3 was proof that stuff bought there was not just transferred to their next system and had to be bought again. So unless only digital copies come with just campaign and they hold off with physical copies till everything can put it on it, I won't be happy. Especially if they come out with a GOTY edition to make us buy it again to have everything on disc. End rant.

It would be even better if the possible chips had extra blank storage so DLC could actually be saved to the game and not stored on the console..Just a thought

Honestly, I'm kind of tired of all the good turn-based rpg's being released for damn handhelds. Hence why I pray that the NX is a hybrid console/handheld that will let me play these great RPG's on a screen bigger than 4 inches...So actually I'd guess you could say this does not make me happy...

YES!! I want Chrono Trigger, every Final Fantasy, every Dragon Quest/Warrior, Lufia's.. hell...even some pokemon... they are really dropping the ball.. god forbid you put up games that everyone wants. Lets give them crap and complain about not selling anything...

Good damn question. For the country that has the largest video game sales our bonuses suck. I am still waiting to see if we get the Yoshi yarn amiibo bundle for woolly world..and don't even get me started on club Nintendo, thank god that is over, the new program better be equal everywhere..

I hope the gold will be the pack in, since I pre-ordered 2 of them over a month ago...I hate when special editions come out after regular it is such a pain in the ass...now I will most likely have to cancel my other 2 to get these. Well obviously if Nintendo is smart the amiibo management on the system will allow you to back up amiibo saves to your console or external storage when changing games, I'm pretty sure they know a 1 game at a time with no way of keeping each games data would be a bad sell point. Everyone is most likely getting paranoid for nothing. Lets remember skylanders and Disney infinity can only be used in one game and no one is complaining about that. Have faith, Nintendo knows what they are doing.

I have all DLC purchased but have nothing but the 3 free characters, Do I have to do something to access the rest? Maybe I have to complete the first adventure mode map first?

Nevermind, apparently the update doesn't start from quick starting the game, I had to access the game from the home menu, now it is working, kind of dumb...

Honestly, like Bayonetta 2, I really don't care if it was rated 1 out 10, I get what I want regardless of someone else's opinion because that is the biggest problem with all types of entertainment. So many good games and movies alike get overlooked because so many people believe someone else's opinion over there own. If I don't like it, oh well, like watching a movie sometimes they suck but I was willing to pay for it. I hate COD and Halo but my opinion shouldn't stop others from buying them just like their opinions of Nintendo games don't stop me from buying them Even though I don't plan on using them, I also bought all 12 Amiibos regardless if others think they will be dumb lol

This is why Nintendo should have bought Capcom out when they had the chance, so whatever happened to Capcom trying to sell out??

Definitely shocking, A pokemon game not coming out on the Wii U or 3DS, but in arcades, only in Japan. Shocking alright, but not in a good way

I honestly believe we don't get these bonuses because they only come with physical copies and they want us to buy digital so they don't give incentive to buy physical, just my opinion...

Exactly, best case scenario, Wii U gets hacked, sells millions of consoles to hackers, Nintendo waits a month or 2, before the big Christmas releases and sends out a patch that kills the hack but still increases its install base tremendously. The Wii, PS3, and 360 all increased sales dramatically after they were hacked, and this wont be any different.

Any new news on what is going on with Capcom now? Did someone buy them out or is it still in limbo?
