The next Zelda game should take the huge "open world" concept of BOTW/TOTK, while taking elements from various Zelda games: locations (different islands with things like Hyrule, Zora's Domain, Jabu Jabu/whale fish), traveling 7 years to the past and present, Sky areas, bosses from Zelda's past, a linear story where certain areas are locked until you do XYZ.
Does it need it? No. But I'd absolutely love to see one. Hyrule Field should be massive, maybe half the size of BOTW open areas. And the story should remain mostly linear. The lack of linearity in TOTK was a flaw, imo.
I'm kinda surprised people are saying the $60 price tag is a no go considering it was either $50 or 60 when it came out on the SNES... Day 1 game for me, and I've played the SNES version multiple times. The game will be absolutely worth it.
Less than 50, but probably won't try to get anywhere above that. I got fatigued after a month of playing every day, so I decided to just beat the game and haven't turned it on since heh...
They'd probably make Tingle or Ezlo be Link's sidekick for that quintessential Illumination effect. Navi probably wouldn't sell merchandise, Ezlo would.
Zelda would spearhead the mission to defeat Ganondorf and lead an army, Link included - who knows, he'd probably be a normal soldier at first, and about 2/3 into the movie, you find out he's actually the promised/chosen hero of courage. She'd also probably make a joke that Link isn't much of a talker, just grunts all the time.
I played it almost every day for 3 to 3.5 weeks and started to feel fatigued so I beat it. I'm glad I did. I don't play every day anymore, but once in a while now I'll pick it up to either find a few shrines, upgrade armor sets, or do a few side quests.
Once FF16 comes out, I'll probably stop playing TOTK completely until after.
Unless Nintendo somehow forces updates with TOTK despite me having auto-updates turned off, I'm taking advantage of the dupe glitch for as long as I can. It's not ruining the game at all. In fact, when grinding and farming are part of the game's mechanics, it ruins the gameplay for me; it actually makes me want to finish the game faster and be done with it.
With this, it actually has me taking my time and playing MORE.
If WandaVision has taught me anything at all, don't listen to unsubstantiated rumors. If a 7th fighter happens, great, but I'm not getting my hopes up.
HAHHH, as a graphic designer at my previous job for an ecommerce site, I was blatantly told to NEVER invert/mirror product shots for exactly this reason. You always want to show your product the correct way. Someone is bound to figure it out 🤣
However, putting screenfill images after the fact is toootally normal in the industry.
It's not a big deal unless you make it a big deal. Go to a live drawing class, go to art museums all around the world. Why does nudity have to be hyper-sexualized all the damn time.
I told myself I wouldn't time travel, and I didn't. At least, I didn't until I "beat the game." I can see why people are anti- time travel.
I'm not doing it to make more money. In fact, I've spent more money because of it, haha. I'm now doing it because I want to finish my island. I've literally moved 13-15 buildings plus several ramps, and some even moved twice. I'm not about to spend 2 weeks trying to perfect the design.
I've been designing it to resemble parts of Link's Awakening. I've finished Mabe village so far and it looks DOPE.
There's also a discord channel. People get bombarded when they offer 400+ turnip costs, but if you can eventually get in, you can make a killing. I only needed 1 turn to sell off my turnips, but easily made 1.5 mil.

Just typing out loud.

I know this game is going to be a 10/10 for me as I loved the original. Can't wait to experience this treasure over the weekend.

Less than 50, but probably won't try to get anywhere above that. I got fatigued after a month of playing every day, so I decided to just beat the game and haven't turned it on since heh...
Re: Talking Point: Which Nintendo IP Should 'Switch 2' Launch With?
I absolutely think Metroid Prime 4 will release on the Switch successor. It'll most likely be cross-gen release.
Re: Super Mario RPG Is Getting A Remake This November, And It Looks Amazing
HOLY CRAP I CANT BELIEVE IT. This is much much better than simply releasing on NSO. I could cry.

Still really want Ghibli to produce this

This made me tear up. I've always loved Nintendo, and now I love them even more than I thought possible. Kudos Nintendo. Kudos ❤️
Re: This N64 ROM Hack Turns Zelda: Ocarina Of Time Into A New Star Fox Adventures
Totally expected this to just be a Fox skin in place of Link in OoT. This was way more than that. Very impressive!
Re: Rumour: Smash Ultimate Fans Think Fighters Pass Vol. 2 Might Get A Bonus Seventh Character

Re: Talking Point: What We're Hoping To See In Today's Nintendo Direct
I'm not getting my hopes up, but what I would LOVE to see is:
I DO expect to see a smash character announcement at the minimum.
Re: Poll: Hyrule Warriors: Age Of Calamity Is Out Today, Are You Getting It?
It's already waiting for me on the switch after my work day
Re: Young Impa Revealed As A Playable Character In Hyrule Warriors: Age Of Calamity
All I can think is "notice me, senpai" - she's too anime waifu, imo. Not at all the direction I expected for young Impa.
Regardless, 100% day 1 for me.
Re: Square Enix Says It Will Announce Several New Titles Between July And August
@Quimbolas Don't play with my heart like that 😭

I've only seen / wished on one shooting star. La la la.
