I have anxiety and ADHD. Video games have always been a bit of a safe space for me. If i’m feeling down, i pull out something like Animal Crossing or Splatoon, and it helps.

This is epic. Not nearly as good as Fly Octo Fly (yes i know, completely different songs), but good.

I always just go to Twitch, look up ACNH and find a bunch of islands. It IS fun and a good way to pay off your loan, but i know for a fact a lot of these islands are exploited (ie, bugs and fish dropped and not placed, town hall/stores/villager homes out of bounds, airport not being on the beach, etc.). It’s kinda weird to see how many people risk getting attacked by the Ninjas so we can pay, but it’s fine with me. Of course, im not promoting hacking.

My greatest memory with the 3DS is playing Tomodachi life, which i still do. On Moomin island, where me and joker from Persona 5 have had 3 kids together. And Linkle and a blue version of Pit are married with kids… and the fact that Rosalina ditched Tingle for Mario. And the fact that Villager Boy and Girl have a band about murder (Killager).
Wii U? Probably Nintendo Land.

The fact that they are shutting down Wii U makes sense but the 3DS too?
Let’s think, the Wii Shop released in 2006 or 7 and lasted until early 2020. Yes, i get that its because the Wii sold a bunch, but still. According to Wikipedia the entire 3ds family sold around 75.94 million units.
