@faint at the price of the games, accessories, the system itself and having to pay for online, most people won't want to buy this when they already have an Xbox or PlayStation especially with the small amount of good games

@Billsama compared to PS4 and XBox One, the Switch is barely being talked about which really isn't a good sign. Yes, big Nintendo fans will buy it, but casual gamers who likely have an Xbox or PlayStation likely won't buy it.

In my opinion, Nintendo should have been more open about the Switch. At the moment, the upcoming games aren't worth it to buy the system. Mario Kart 8 and Splatoon 2 don't seem to have enough to changes to make me buy the system plus having to pay for online just makes me want it even less. The Zelda game I can get on Wii U. The extra controllers are way too expensive. The only thing that I really would want the Switch for is Super Mario, but even that doesn't look that fantastic and definitely isn't enough to buy the experience system. They needed to reveal more for the people that don't just buy the Switch just because it is from Nintendo.

Are the Lego games defiantly on offer until Jan 5th?

I really don't think this is a brand new Mario Kart, mostly because of it being basically identical (King Boo and double items the only difference). I think it is likely a port with a few updates.

Also, is it just me, but does it seem like Nintendo Switch won't have backward compatibility?

I got the Traders game for free. I wonder which one is more popular...

@Nintendian what is on the second screen for the Wii U version? Anyway, they might have found a way to change the game if the NX doesn't have a second screen. Also, am I the only one that doesn't want a "hybrid" device? I would definitely prefer a separate handheld and home console.

@Claytonbob the only problem there might be are the Wii U games that require second screen which the NX might not have.

@LegendOfPokemon I just get the ones that I actually want. From year 2, I am getting Harry Potter, Mission Impossible, Fantastic Beasts, Lego City and Sonic.

@LegendOfPokemon here in Europe we have our date different. The Day then the month so 30/6/16 would be 30th June 2016.

Why do they keep releasing these games every year!? They game more boring with every release. The only toy to life thing I actually think is worth it is Lego Dimensions especially when they are actually toys and not statues. Also, you don't need to buy a whole new Starter Pack every year unlike some of the Skylanders games.

I can't see this being very popular.

Does anyone know if this PS Exclusive DLC for Lego Marvel Avengers is going to come to other consoles? The Civil War one was meant to come earlier this month and then Ant Man is July.

@Megumi_Sagano I think that would actually be good on mobile. A full game might be harder to pull of well.

I think there is something not quite right. With all the delays and not that many reasons why.

@shaneoh that wouldn't work because how would the game know what you have built (you can then input it into the game but that defeats the point)

The only thing I wouldn't be happy with would be the Wii U and NX release.

1. An oval screen? Wouldn't games be hard to play with that?
2. What would be the point in even having a screen covering the full front when your hand would be covering both the sides
3. Wouldn't having touch screen buttons mean that you couldn't play with gloves on, unless they made some different touch screen thing (I know, strange point, but still I valid point)

@Kaze_Memaryu the Wii U version in Europe is already cheaper than on other consoles so stop complaining about the price. It would also be unfair that Wii U get the DLC for free, but other systems would have to pay for it. If you think the price is too high, don't get the game. I will be buying the Simpson's and Doctor Who packs.

Am I the only one wondering what the normal Mario Amiibo unlocks (either the Super Smash Bros one or the Super Mario one) when tapped into the game? It can't really unlock a Mario costume as you are already Mario (obviously) so maybe a different Mario design?

I really want that Toad light, but I only have 450 Stars!
