um, no i didn't say that. I just picked up Kirby for Wii and it is awesome. I just meant that they shouldn't have changed up the formula without there being a good reason. The old "Why fix it if it aint broke" argument

I heard that you can either paint the bosses with colours to rid them of the evilness that has taken over their otherwise "good" character, or you can melt them with your paint thinner so that they're nothing more than a pile of sludge. I hope this affects the story. I'd be awesome to have 2 different endings: one as good mickey and one as evil mickey.

I honestly think that Metroid should stay first person shooter style on a TV system. I mean usually developers try something radically new when their genres start going downhill. As far as I can tell Metroid was at it's peak when they changed it up. I mean I got into the Prime series when the second was already out and so did my friends (some even on the 3rd). It doesn't make sense to change the formula when everyone was just starting to look forward to more. The end of the Prime series did not mean a complete overhaul of the genre.

For those who want more side scrolling adventures, why not give the fans a game on the DS? As far as home consoles go, I want a new Samus adventure with new characters, story, and worlds featuring the extremely popular style of the Prime games.

As I've said many, many time before... the Wii is built for FPS. Why deny the system's arcade-like (gun) controller from doing what it does best???

heh heh got this on tuesday! awesome game, so awesome in fact that I'd easily rate this a 9 or 10. The only thing that sucks is that single player isn't very long... but all games have to end sometime. Besides, it's the multiplayer where it's at! And as far a single player goes i look forward to beating this on classic difficulty. so far it's a lot harder!

Also the Wii was absolutely built for FPS like this. If you use a classic controller, you suck! Pointing and shooting might seem daunting at first, but it's absolutely thrilling! (though, it might get annoying on local matches cause everyone has to be directly in front of the screen)

A 3D Mario RPG! How awesome would that be?

im not pre-ordering this since i want to wait for reviews, but it looks better than I could have thought. Way to go sega; bring back the hedgehog!

I always call the 1 and 2 buttons B and A respectively when playing with the wiimote sideways, and new players are always like: "Whaaat?"

For some reason I feel compelled to play this game... not sure why, I'm not a huge fan of dancing or dance music.

I don;t know which one to buy to play with my roommates... NBA Jam or Wii Party.... i cant afford both

the only thing i didn't like about brawl is that you can make your character trip by moving too much. why is that even in there? its frustrating and annoying... still love brawl though, that game has gotten so much use!

yeah my friend is absolutely AMAZING with olimar... i dont get, to me and most ppl ive talked to he's the suckiest character, he's a god with him. my character's game & watch

I think 2 player co-op should be an option for the story mode, or maybe not... I don't know if the game would be any good if they designed the levels for split screen and you're just playing by yourself

The reason why there were so many bad games on the Wii was because developers were focusing on too much on the system's unique features like they HAD to use them. I believe they were just there to enhance games not to reinvent games...

With the 3DS I just want to see good games in 3D ya know?

yeah the lego formula is getting old. I'm looking forward to lego universe if it's not only friend coded, but it's primarily a kids game so outlook - not so good.

this game looks awesome! my gf is a big fan of the original, but it sucked cause alternating co-op is boring so I never played with her. This looks so much much fun for 2 player co-op! she's going to totally kick my ass though...

man I'm just glad there's another 1st person shooter game coming out. 1st person shooters suck with standard controllers. This system was built for them! I only enjoy shooters on wii and pc.

Yeah unfortunately I doubt we'll see a Mario Party 9... I can definitely see a Wii Party 2 next Christmas if this one does well. From a business standpoint I think this was a good direction to go since the release of the popular Wii sports and other Mii games. Nintendo's trying to appeal to their new gamer audience... Sucks for us tho

Man i wish the past few days weren't so beautiful cause ive been inside playing this game most of the time. at least it's supposed to thunderstorm tomorrow so at least i wont feel guilty about missing another gorgeous day.

The Prime games were the one of the few good FPS games on the GCN/Wii. I will definitely buy Other M cause it looks so freaking awesome, but now what FPS am I going to play besides Conduit 2?

How about Nintendo and Retro Studios make a new series of 1st person shooters? They're really good at it...

Stupid Spring Mario??? Are you crazy???

The only game I ever play online is Mario Kart and I don't want to pay $ just to play one game. The other internet channels I hardly ever use, but they look decent. An online profile system where you can earn Nintendo achievements in games and such would be nice. Kinda like Metroid Prime 3, just that everyone can see.

I think Mario party games are awesome, but they've pretty much done everything x8. I like this new direction on the classic game board and mini game idea. I hope it has online play

I would probably have a little more confidence if the game didnt have a release date yet. May 18th is just too soon. I`ve only just started hearing about this game it seems. Plus I have like 5 other games I want to buy in the next few months!
