I don't have amiibo and I don't intend to change this anytime soon. If I can't get the full experience without them I'm not touching this, which is a shame because it looks fun.
It sounds like SEGA should have been warier of BRB, considering their reputation. BRB needed to work out if they stood a chance of delivering the product before they took the cash.
@thesilverbrick You're right - as long as the poor person had exactly (and I mean exactly) the same opportunities to be able to afford the car, there aren't any excuses. However, it's not as simple as that in reality and there are a lot of factors that lead up to such crimes. I think that until we're willing to fix the system so that it's fairer, we shouldn't go blaming its victims for its faults.
@thesilverbrick Although you're not wrong, life is rarely so black and white. Why should someone born into luxury be able to play a game that someone who's poor ass can't?
So...you're telling me that if a NES has been tampered with it wont work? So surely the best way to check whether it's been tampered with is...to turn it on?
I still have Wii Xenoblade sitting around waiting to be played (unbelievable as that sounds), so there really isn't anything interesting this week. I wish SEGA would get round to releasing more 3D classics!!!
Wow! Out Run for sure, but the Mighty Switch Force games and discounted Streets of Rage?! I might have opted for discounted Shantae if there weren't so many other sweet, sweet deals.
How about the three games that constitute Shining Force 3? The 3DS could easily handle Saturn graphics, and the second and third instalments never made it to Europe. :'-(
The game itself is great. I became accustomed to the loading screens and, although they are pretty unforgivable, managed to soldier on.
The bug I experienced came about when I put the system into sleep mode during a loading screen; on a proper, big budget game this would never happen, but CoE is relatively cheap, so that too was forgivable.
That said, I did post on the fb page to ask when they'll be fixing these problems.
16 quid for Shantae? After all the delays? After I bought Shovel Knight for less? Gunman Clive 2 for almost nothing? After I've gotten underway with Citizens of Earth? After borrowing Ocarina from a friend?

Re: Poll: Which Is The Best Super Mario Platformer? - 30th Anniversary Edition
The music from World is still stuck in my head today and I was a Sega fanboy growing up. Stunning game.
Re: First Impressions: Getting Down with Shantae: Half-Genie Hero
@Genesaur In terms of control, I can't disagree. However, as a big man with big man hands, I find my thumb automatically settles on the stick.
Re: Monster Hunter Stories Will Bring Its Own Brand of Turn-Based Battling to 3DS

Re: 3D Streets Of Rage 2 Arrives In North America July 16
I'd like to see some coin-op conversions, such as Golden Axe 3. Road Rash 2 would be awesome, if there was any way that could ever happen.
Re: Video: Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric Blame Could Largely be With SEGA, Not Big Red Button
The only victim here is Sonic. :'-(

Re: Take on 3D Streets of Rage 2 With a Pal
I don't have anyone that lives near enough to me to make a local multiplayer viable, even if it was possible to only use one copy of the game. ;-(
Nintendon't do this!
Re: Take on 3D Streets of Rage 2 With a Pal
Why no internet multiplayer?
But anyway, GRAND UPPER!
Re: Citizens of Earth Update Halves Wii U Load Times And Adds Retro Soundtrack
They needed to improve the 3DS loading times as well!
Re: Review: Elliot Quest (Wii U eShop)
Ninty releasing another 3DS game on the WiiU...why do they keep doing this?!
Re: Azure Striker Gunvolt HOME Themes All Making the Move to Europe and Australia
As long as we get Mighty Gunvolt as well, I'm happy.

Re: Video: What If Street Fighter II Was A 3D Classic?
Super Street Fighter II would be the better choice, but Turbo would also be fine. Just not World Warrior, as it's too basic.
Re: Video: Did You Know That Gunstar Heroes Shipped With A Fruit Roll-Up?
@OorWullie That is...surprising. It is one of the best games I've ever played. Oh well, horses for courses.
Re: Video: New Pixels Movie Trailer Passes One Million Views in Less Than a Day
"We think this looks pretty darn entertaining"
I think you must have posted the wrong link.
Re: Prepare Thyself, Azure Striker Gunvolt Will Be Hitting Europe And Australia Very Soon
Free Mighty Gunvolt or GTFO.
Re: Nintendo Download: 19th March (Europe)
After last week's splurge, and due to the relative paucity of 3DS offerings, nowt this week.
Re: Review: Metroid: Zero Mission (Wii U eShop / Game Boy Advance)
OH NINTY, WHY YOU NO RELEASE THESE ON 3DS?!
Re: Nintendo Download: 12th March (Europe)
@CaviarMeths But aren't you guys getting Codename: STEAM this week?! I'm very jealous of that!

Re: Review: Citizens of Earth (Wii U eShop)
I should add that I bought the game before I saw the - let's be honest, quite late - review on this site.

No. Thanks, but no.
When it drops below 10 quid I'll reconsider.
Re: Nintendo Download: 29th January (Europe)
Gunman Clive saving Nintendo's butt this week. Where's 3D Outrun and Shantae??!!!
Also, what does anyone think of 3D versions of some lesser-known arcade games such as Golden Axe 3? Any other titles you'd like to see?
Re: Hundreds of Limited Edition Majora's Mask New Nintendo 3DS Systems Continue to Flood Onto eBay
Some may say "that's capitalism", or an "entrepreneurial spirit"
Nah, those who do this are just terrible people.
