I'm a solo player, so party games aren't really my thing. I can't imagine this being very fun solo

Is the price 49.99 for both the expansion and the basic, or is it 49.99 + 19.99?

Out of all these games, only three are exclusive to switch online: winback, Dr mario 64 and Musha.

On the sega end, Im playing castlevania bloodlines.... on the castlevania collection I already own.

On the n64 end, I'm playing Mario 64.... on the Mario 3D all stars collection I already own.

I can't wait until I hear the reports as to how many people actually signed up for this rip off.

I'm already playing ocarina of time on my wii u, and I only had to pay for it once back in 2014!

I'll wait until Banjo is available before even considering buying the expansion.

I'm sure these kids are only ironically praising it.... but honestly, if you skip the cut scenes and look past the missle waggle, it's an excellent game.

I'm still on the fence about "enhancing" my switch online subscription.... but I'm definitely going to buy a controller.

Wait, is it fifty on top of what we're already paying, or is it fifty all together total? Of course, that just differentiates between extortion and highway robbery, buy still....

I'll wait until there's either a sale, or more games are added.

@faint fair question. I definitely want to stress that its not for lack of quality, but mostly because the market is saturated with them. I already own 90% of these games, first on the sonic collection on PS3, but also on the sega collection for PS4/switch, AND on the sega collection for PSP. Not to mention of course the ages and 3D releases, or the sega mini. These games are just too common and too easily available for permanent purchase. Maybe if they add some rare or out of print games like Chakan the forever man, Pulseman, crusader of centy, sonic 3 (and knuckles) or as unlikely as it will be, moonwalker, jurassic Park or Taz mania, THEN there will be some value to segas contribution.

The sega games are worthless, and there's not enough n64 content yet. But we will see....

Wasn't there other accessories that plug into that slot, other than the rumble pack and save cards? Like something to do with game boy color, or pokemon?

Probably a stupid and unrealistic thing to hope for, but it would be nice if the n64 controller could be paired to the Wii U. I've got a lot of n64 games on there that just don't play right on any of the wii u controllers.

@TheRedComet if sega really wanted to make it worth something, they should have added more games that were out of print and high demand, like pulseman, chakan, or crusader of centy. Its also been a while since I've seen Sonic 3 (and knuckles) available.

And Capcom? I'd rather see the NES version of Strider than the sega version.

Let's see a Castlevania DS collection, and a 3D collection featuring the N64 and PS2 games.

I've heard good things about the NES version of the Jungle Book.... not complaining that it's not included, but I would have liked the chance to try it out, and if you're going for completeness, go all the way

The addition of the SNES version of Aladdin makes it worth it.

given that I already own them all on either Wii U or Sonic Mega Collection.... none of them.

Now I'm curious if the n64 controller can be used on ports like Doom 64 and turok or mario 3d all stars, or the sega controller on sega ages games.

@Wexter the only reason i would want the rumble attachment would be for the weight since I've become so used to it.... and the save cards so I could carry over my old saved games. I don't remember what other accessories were available to plug in that slot

Definitely not deal breakers or even expectations or demands, just silly wistful and wishful thinking

Unreasonable expectation- that the slot works for save cards and rumble packs and whatever extra attachments that worked on the original controllers

They abandoned both libraries months ago.

Some surprises, some disappointments, some apathy. It all balances out to be underwhelming but satisfactory

I admit it would be nice to play n64 games with an actual n64 controller- playing them on modern controllers just doesnt feel right.

Rondo of blood has been re-released ad nauseum. I'd rather see a collected re-release of the castlevania DS games.

I honestly don't remember hearing anyone saying it would fail. The biggest complaint I have now is with joycon drift.
