@WesEds yeah, “no idea” is of course not totally true, but I’m indeed a little bit worried about the framerate and graphical downscale. On the other hand; the switch should run all those games with ease.
@Koudai1979 yeah that’s true and I’m definitely buying, but the theme in Fallout is so good and Outer worlds is more sci-fi. Both cool, but post apocalyptic games... love those 😉
@AmplifyMJ oh forgot to mention Ion Fury. That’ll be one of the best FPS games on switch I think. It’s out next week and there’s a pre-order discount. It’s a build engine game like Duke Nukem 3D and Blood. Looks really good. Cheers mate 😊
@The_Pixel_King runs good I must say. I almost exclusively play in handheld mode so I’m not sure about docked though. Sadly there are no motion controls. I once bought the Hori split pad pro, so I don’t really need motion controls, but I can see it’s a huge miss. Anyway, it’s a fun title if you like rogue-like game’s. You’re gonna die a lot.
If you’re looking for a good FPS, you could take a look at Ion Fury which will be released in a week.
@AmplifyMJ I get the feeling you like shooters. You could try Void Bastards. It’s pretty good, but unforgiving. I just finished Wolfenstein 2. Didn’t look as good as on pc of course, but it was still a lot of fun 👍🏻
Been playing 80’s Overdrive, but it keeps crashing on me and I hate that you can’t costumize the controls. Throttle is on the a button which is stupid.
Just bought MK11, so I’ll be playing that instead.
@RadioHedgeFund yeah you’re right on that. I would love it if they would make a pack with the best mini games and boards from previous Mario Party titles.
@mesome713 I'm sorry, what the hell are you talking about? You're not saying that all 3 Mass Effects are the same game right?
That's like saying the second and third Lord of the Rings movies are boring, because they're basically the same movie as the first one.
Crysis and Burnout are both cofirmed. Throw in a FIFA legacy edition and there you go, multiple games. Although I'm hoping for Mass Effect or something along those lines, I won't get my hopes up.
Just here to say that the graphics apparently improved a lot since the release. I think the game looks very good and it also runs great too. This is by far the best rally game on the Switch and I think it deserves a lot more attention. Developer is still actively developing this game and it looks like he or she is definitely listening to the community.
I’m picking up Borderlands, Bioshock and XCOM. Already own these games on pc, but I’m having a hard time finishing my pc games. On Switch I finish them much easier. Not sure why that is.
Just finished this game for the first time and I’m totally in love with this game. Story is very compelling and gameplay is top notch. Would highly recommend this. Run great and looks good.
This looks like so much fun. I’ve been on the fence for Outrun, but this looks better actually. More cars, tracks and the ability to upgrade your cars. What price should this game be? 10, 20 dollars?
@brunojenso fair point on the levels being bad. I agree. Maybe I should formulate it in a different way. I thought that if lives matter, people will go looking for secret areas. There really no point in those at this moment. And that’s the thing I’m missing the most now. Maybe if they would put in those 3 big coins you can collect like in NSMB, there’s an incentive to make secrets. I know you can be creative and make it so that you need to collect an x amount of coins before you can finish the level, but that’s not the same for me.
Bottom line for me is; I want an incentive to make secret areas
@brunojenso maybe this is a non-issue for you, but not for me. I like my Mario games where lives matter. This is an incentive to go look for secret areas. Just give the maker the option and everybody wins. How can you not agree?
I was looking forward to this update, but that fact that lives still don’t matter, makes this world builder nothing but a stringed together set of levels. When you game over, you still start at the level you just failed. I want to go onto the barricades and say; Mario maker lives should matter!
Still into L.A. Noire. Having a lot of fun whit this one. When I’m done I’m gonna be playing some Torchlight 2. I’m pretty interested in Broken Lines. Is there going to be a review of NL?

Re: Pre-Order Borderlands Or BioShock From Nintendo UK Store To Enter An Exclusive Prize Draw
How can they expect people to pre-order if they haven’t released any gameplay footage or something. You have no idea what you’re buying into.
Re: Dark Souls Series Has Now Sold Over 27 Million Copies Worldwide, FromSoftware Confirms
@tourjeff thanks! Gonna start playing tonight 😃
Re: Dark Souls Series Has Now Sold Over 27 Million Copies Worldwide, FromSoftware Confirms
@RootsGenoa what needs patching for the first one?
Re: Dark Souls Series Has Now Sold Over 27 Million Copies Worldwide, FromSoftware Confirms
Just bought this game yesterday. Never played a dark souls before, so I’m hoping it’ll be any good on the Switch.
Re: Nintendo Says It Will Continue To Increase The Appeal Of The Switch Online Service
They need to get on the same level as Sony and Microsoft. The cost may go up, but I don’t mind if the functionality increases.
Re: Paper Mario Is Coming To Switch! Paper Mario: The Origami King To Launch This July
@TheNewButler the N64 one is still very much playable and so much fun. Just give it a go via emulator or something.
Re: Star Wars Episode I: Racer Is No Longer Speeding Onto The Nintendo Switch Today
Ion Fury is released in two days, so that will give me my nostalgia fix.
Never got around to playing this SW game, but it looks fun.

@Koudai1979 yeah that’s true and I’m definitely buying, but the theme in Fallout is so good and Outer worlds is more sci-fi. Both cool, but post apocalyptic games... love those 😉
Thanks though for the reminder 👍🏻
Re: Bethesda's Mobile Version Of Elder Scrolls Might Be Launching On Switch Next Week
Just give us New Vegas. That’s the best Fallout game since 2. I’m sure the Switch will run that game just fine.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 9th)
@AmplifyMJ maybe Doom 3. Still holds up very well.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 9th)
@SterlingEyes I get that. It’s a really fun title, but the story was a bit short indeed. I pre-ordered, so I got a small discount.

@SterlingEyes do not resist, it’s a very good game 😉
Re: LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Expected To Launch This October
@Incarna I don’t know man, I thought part 3 was one of the best and most definitely epic.
Re: Nintendo Download: 7th May (Europe)
@Bucket had the same issue, bought them both 😉

Re: Nintendo Switch Has Now Sold 55.77 Million Units Worldwide
How does it stack up against the handheld consoles? Too bad these aren’t included as the Switch is of course a handheld as well.

Re: Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath Revealed, A New Story Expansion Launching This Month Alongside RoboCop
@vio yup, third movie also didn't count in my book.
Re: Rogue Heroes: Ruins Of Tasos Brings Four-Player Dungeon Crawling To Switch This Summer
Looks interesting 🤔
Re: Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath Revealed, A New Story Expansion Launching This Month
Glad they used the 80's Robocop and not the 2014 one. God I love the first 2 Robocop films. They are so bad-ass-80's-action-blood-gore movies.
Re: SteamDolls Is An Upcoming Metroidvania Starring The Voice Of Solid Snake
David is such a cool guy. Pro tip: you can pay the man 60 bucks to make him record a video as Snake for you or your friends.

There's talk about a mobile version for Skate 3. Maybe EA meant the Switch by saying mobile. That would be awesome.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 2nd)
Gonna finish Wolfenstein 2 this weekend and after that, start playing Streets of Rage. Can’t wait.
Re: Little Inferno Is Getting A Gorgeous Physical Edition On Switch
Played this on my phone a few years ago and I must say that is was very boring tbh.
Re: 3D Realms' Ion Fury Brings Old-School FPS To Switch Next Month
@Kulhy I agree is not a holiday and thing will change a lot, but not having time is a bad excuse at this moment
Re: 3D Realms' Ion Fury Brings Old-School FPS To Switch Next Month
@Kulhy don’t know about you, but I’ve got plenty of time during this covid virus 😉
Re: Video: 19 Exciting New Games Coming To Nintendo Switch In May
@Incarna I spent way to much time on the slotmachines. That was some addicting stuff. I agree with the dlc. Loved the zombie island of doctor Ned.

@Incarna if I may give you some advice; pick up Borderlands 2. It’s by far the best of the series.

Re: Community: Tried Super Mario Maker 2's World Maker Yet? Share Your Codes Here
@brunojenso no problem man, fair discussion to me. I think we should be glad that Nintendo updated this game and that there’s so many items and so on.

I only use my Switch for singleplayer or couch coop. Online and Nintendo is a ducking disgrace.
Re: Dead Cells' Bestiary Update Comes To Consoles Next Month, Here Are The Full Patch Notes
@Kiz3000 you could try to unlock everything, but that’s not the point of the game I think. On the contrary, if you unlock everything each run could be harder because you won’t get the weapons you like the most. So is it grindy? Well, not really.
Re: Super Mario Maker 2's Final Major Update Is Now Live, Here Are The Full Patch Notes
@andyjlatham thanks! Let’s make sure Nintendo hears this outcry.
