Only a few more weeks until we see if Sonic Team pulled off a miracle and made a good Sonic game for once. My expectations are very low but they are ready to be shattered.

How? Bayonetta is a niche game series, No Man's Sky has been out for years, Sparks of Hope is a strategy game which again is a niche genre. Pokemon sells like crazy and if Frontiers can actually pull off what they are trying to do it will sell incredibly well.

Also I think people still have a bad taste in their mouths from Arks first port to the Switch

Moment of silence for people who pre-order games at all. No game in recent memory has every sold out on launch day where a pre-order was necessary, also the majority buy games digitally so it's a couple simple clicks to pre-order their digital copies again.

I just got past the Lighthouse on Sparks of Hope, the game is quite amazing and super fun to do all the side missions and explore the levels. Also Rabbid Peach's evil laugh when she launches her rockets cracks me up

It runs fine it's an Xbox 360 title, the Switch is many times more powerful than an Xbox 360

The Meta Pro is not meant for gaming it's means for the business sector. The Quest 2 is fine for a $400 all in one. PS VR required you to buy a PS4 ($400), the VR Headset ($400), be corded to the system, no room tracking, and use either colorful phallic shaped controllers or a ps4 controller

Many states have an independent minimum wage which is higher than the Federal. In South Dakota is 10.80/hr. $7 just seems like they are getting fleeced and need to look elsewhere.

Bayonetta 2 is digital only on the Switch btw, you get it as a code with Bayonetta 1. I have both of them digital though, just like the rest of my collection

I love all of the Mario Parties that don't have you traveling together every turn.

From a report that I saw the main offer was $4k for 5 (4 hr) sessions. So $20k for 20 hrs, but she had asked for six figures because she believes they have made $450 million on the series (not sure why she believes this but she does)

Buying Bayonetta 1 or 2 would be what the OG Voice Actor would want, just buy them used and also pick up Bayonetta 3.

I think what happened here was that a rather plain lady with no real acting credits to her name, landed this rather large job. The success of the franchise inflated her self worth to where she honestly believed that her standard British woman voice was what catapulted the game to any success. This caused her to believe she deserves the lions share of the money it's earned.

What she failed to understand is you have to land many important roles, have a distinct characteristic to your voice, and be able to create many different voices to land the big paychecks.

She is upset that she was so easily replaced once her demands got a little crazy.

Isn't this a repeat article? Didn't the last similar article get over 700 comments? However I do feel that she is being a tad unrealistic. Her voice isn't crazy unique she just sounds like a standard posh British woman sounding sexy. Those are a dime a dozen so her talent and value of that are proportional.

I'm predicting another rush online only 5 v 1 Dead By Daylight rip off. Or every silent hill game ever in a quick port collection that every retro youtuber will lose their mind over.

I'll never understand why a site or YouTuber that has a good working relationship with Nintendo would ever talk about emulation. Nintendo has made it crystal clear on their stance with emulation of their games of any kind

Sega wouldn't let them record footage of the demo and most of these people want to continue a good relationship with Sega so why would they blast it?

This should make us nervous, Sega is trying to make back money by doing these DLC deals before the game is even out. That's because their confidence in the game is shaken

I could see Nintendo's Lawyers getting involved and blocking sales of future Steam decks if Valve doesn't ban the app from their app store. There is one thing about emulating older games like SNES, but emulating Nintendo Switch games in any form is highly illegal.

Honestly as much as Mario and company's voices are to the games that would have been awful to listen to spout lines is dialogue for 2 hrs

In all fairness Sega needed Sonic Mania because they haven't had enough brain cells among the core team to produce a competent Sonic game in over a decade. Nintendo hasn't had this same issue

I think anyone who was hacking items on Animal crossing should count their lucky stars that Nintendo hasn't outright banned them from going online. Nintendo is showing some self control

The original God of War series was different than what existed, many could argue that the first God of War really brought the big over the top spectacle to video games.

God of War 1: Started with you fighting Hydras to get to their Mother who you killed by slamming her head through a broken mast

God of War 2: Started with you going after Zeus and the other Olympians just to get your ass kicked and sent basically to hell

God of War 3: Started with you riding on the back of Gaia as you again were after the Olympians, and you even fight Poseidon in the open scenes

GoW: Starts with you chopping a tree, and getting ready to bury your wife, and talking with your son....

It's a stark difference that the fans of the series were a little irked by. I think you could have made the exact same game, but not loosely tie it the God of War series and I would have been less upset with it

Red Dead Redemption 2 (Xbox One, PS4)

All of these titles kick the piss out of GoW, GoW was a boring slog that took everything we loved of the series stripped them away for a lame story, with an even lamer "twist". I haven't been that thoroughly disappointed by a game in a long time. So if you are only going on visuals, then yes GoW was game of the year, but if you were annoyed to fight a different colored troll for the 30th time and hear him say boy 6000 times then please play any of the other games I just listed

I am one of those people who paid over $100 on this game to get all the DLC and the game, all digitally. But my two choices were to spend this much on a game I love or wait a year until they release it all as a $60 package. $40+ to not have to wait a year was a price I was willing to pay.

Seriously most consoles leave their eshops servers up for years after a console is no longer relevant and by then I have far too many games to play on the current system to care

Eventually just like PC gamers, physical games will be a thing of the past and I won't be affected one bit since I already but all of my games digitally
