Play Crash Team Racing pretty much the same thing, hub world and everything. Also I was in the beta for this mobile game and it was shockingly fun. The races do not last entirely that long, sometimes under 90 seconds. You unlock characters, carts, wheels, and gliders via loot boxes and you do get duplicates.

Nintendo has been more then generous about showing extensive gameplay videos for you to see the improvements, they do not owe anyone another demo. They are far to busy to even be bothered

You are all weary of a game that release a very early demo of their game, took in your feedback and improved their game. In this modern age of game development, where game developers release broken games for $60 and "fix" them you think you would praise this about Dameon X Machina instead of acting like you are scared of it

What was exactly broken? I enjoyed getting a very early taste of a new "Armor Core" like game by Nintendo. I have also already prepurchased and preinstalled the game, so it sold me. Not sure what else you want from it

They do have alternatives many of the soundtracks from their biggest games are indeed available, you may have to import them but they are out there.

Why China? Because Movie and Video game studios know that the potential for the Chinese market is humongous however since they are mostly ran by rich tone deaf white guys they couldn't pull Chinese gold out of their butt even if they tried really really hard to.

I would have brought up a similar question if Disney (the new owners of the Aliens Franchise) were to make an Alien's game, marketing towards Africans, where the aliens had lip discs and wore tribal skirts. It would be weird, and super off putting.

The problem nobody is addressing is the only good Rabbids game was Mario + Rabbids Battle Kingdom, absolutely none of their party games have been worth the plastic they have been printed on.

History has shown that movie tie in games rushed out to meet the release of a movie have all been god awful. They thankfully have stopped making them for a while but no better time to start again then on an R-Rated comedy

Doubtful this looks like a low effort cash grab. So either they will simply use the same 10 voice clips through the entire game or will hire someone from the mailroom of their cramp office to do their best impressions

Nintendo had a similar stance on BMX XXX on the Gamecube. They don't censor a game frontal nudity and stripper videos. Playstation censored it on the PS2

I didn't have to use touch controls in handheld mode, and my online matches have been great. There was one match that was very laggy but as soon as the guy with the terrible internet disconnected it played great. Maybe you were that guy

My numbers were almost as old as me so I was a bit off. However there are about 74 million 3DS units in the world, which is more than double that of the Switch. So the Switch is going to have to have over a double attach rate than New Leaf did with the 3DS.

10+ million is a big of a strong estimate considering New Leaf only sold 7 million on a system that had a hell of a lot more handhelds in the market.

I don't care why you were unemployed if you were capable to play video games you could have worked from home or in a call center. And if you couldn't video gaming is still too expensive of a hobby for someone on a fixed budget. Your initial post was about hating the measly proce of $25 and wanting to send a message to a small indie studio for not charging $8 less than your max price of $17. You are the one now sounding like gaming is the only activity someone can do on a limited fixed income which isn't true

I do not think you should have been given a PS4 while you were unemployed for a year. That is an expense I don't feel you needed at the time. It's not an elitist thing at all. But if you can't eat for instance it makes no sense to buy a new pair of basketball shoes. As far as your disabled vet option if the gifter is willing to help them with buying games that's a fine gift but if not and they are expected to buy games with their disability checks that seems like a terrible use of their limited funds. Gaming is not a necessity it's an expensive fun hobby

People need to stop giving video game systems to people who financially can't afford the hobby. That being said I prepurchased and preinstalled Cadence of Hyrule for the full $25 (plus tax) asking price. I sent the message to the developers and Nintendo that I am more than excited to play their collaboration and approve of their wonderful low cost they are releasing it at. Sorry that when I see someone complain about a $25 game I assume they are financially strapped.

I don't believe it will get any physical release. Even a limited special release, because of the IP. But Nintendo has been changing in big ways so you never know. Also $50 physical for this game wouldn't be too bad if it came with a physical CD soundtrack and artbook

Crypt of the Necrodancer originally released at $18. This is $7 more and by the looks of it is a much larger game with a fun ip

Comparing this upcoming game the Zelda CDi games is reckless. The developers have proven they can make a fun unique game, so to be worried this would be a garbage title like the CDi games is silly. However they have shown off quite a bit and from what they showed off is this will be reminiscent of early top down Zelda titles complete with dungeons, boss fights and the like. So if you are a Zelda fan this looks to be a fun extended approach to their original game with a sharp nice art style. You seem to want to attack an indie developer because they charged $20 instead of $25 and just like before I said that indie developers are not the enemy (except maybe Wild Card Studios). Use that outrage and try to take down EA with the rest of us.

What could the indie studio have done in your eyes that would have made it worth more than $12.50 to you? To me the beautiful art style, the soundtrack, and the mechanics that I am familiar with from their previous title already make the game worth more the $25. I was ready and willing to spend upwards of $40 on this title.

If $25 is too rich for you then you need to get another job. Indie developers deserve full price for their efforts the real enemy is AAA developers who have not one restless night for charging $60 for games like Anthem

I wish they had a big pair of balls on them and a brain, and just scrapped the entire thing and never have this come to screen. We don't need another failed CGI/Live Action Hybrid. Especially from a franchise that hasn't been able to poop out a good story in years. Either make a CGI or Hand-Drawn cartoon or nothing at all
