There have been rumours circulating for some time now about Crash Bandicoot getting a new multiplayer game, and it seems a reveal might finally be on the way.
Activision has been sending out pizza box-shaped packages to influencers such as YouTuber "Canadian Guy Eh" to announce the release of Crash Bandicoot 4 It's About Time on Steam this month and there's the following line attached at the bottom of a fake receipt:
"Hungry for more? Try out our new Wumpa Pizza for $12.08!"
As you might recall, "Wumpa League" is the game that has been previously rumoured, and has also been described by some sources as something similar to a "four-player brawler almost, but Crash orientated". As for the price on the pizza box, those numbers match up with the date of The Game Awards, which will be taking place on 8th December.

It'll launch first on PlayStation/Xbox, then on Switch/PC.
Yeah, $12.08 is not a “natural” price, so this is likely a tease. I really don’t think it should be a platform fighter, but CTR showed that Crash has enough characters for it to work.
That’s pretty clever marketing on their behalf if it turns out to be a Sports related themed game!

A Crash Bandicoot Advance remakes collection (a remake compilation of Crash's GBA games) would be great.

It's been nearly forever since I heard there was an alleged Crash game "rumored" to be coming yet Beenox kept teasing us with so many red herrings that I'm really starting to get annoyed.
But if there's a new Crash 5 or similar game in the works, hopefully I can get to still play as my big bazinga bandicoot waifu, Tawna.
Oh, and I also hope they port Crash Team Racing and 4 to Steam.

It’s about time is amazing, and that was made by activision. So was Spyro reignited trilogy. Crappy company, yes. But let’s give credit where credit is due.
The N Sane trilogy and It's about time we're both fantastic so if it's more of the same I'd most definitely be interested.
Actually this reminds me I really should go back and try to finish It's about time. I got roughly half way through and never went back to it
I wish for the Remake of Twinsanity, Tag Team Racing and Wrath of Cortex but with Casual difficulty option.
More Crash is always a good thing. But it also makes the lack of Jak & Daxter more apparent every time.
@Rykdrew It exists already,Crash bash,but its better in my opnion since there's no board.Players just go straight to the minigames,I was hoping it would get a remake after CTR-NF.

I haven’t played the ps5 version so I can’t speak for that, but crash 4 runs great on switch so it’s surprising that it would run poorly on ps5. But doesn’t the N’sane trilogy run at 60 FPS?
I would be very excited about this....but between Activision sending Toys for Bob to the Call of Duty mines and rumours leaning towards this being a spin-off...yeah it's kind of hard for me to get excited, even as a big Crash fan.
I would rather have a new Spyro.

I've had my fill of Crash I have no need for another. I enjoyed Crash during the PS1 era when I was in my early twenties but today? I'd rather see Spyro in all honesty. Crash is just a frustrating experience where Spyro is nice and relaxing.

Lol, I was hoping someone would react to that comment. I was just joking.
That price is way too weird and coincidental for it to not mean something, and other Crash & Spyro games have also had these types of cryptic hints before being announced. Something is definitely coming, and it probably is the long rumoured Wumpa League online multiplayer game.

The rumours have made it sound like Wumpa League is more of a 3D online multiplayer game, so it’s probably not even the same type of game as Smash.

Here soon Activision will be part of Microsoft so hopefully there will be some quality control
