Re: Talking Point: An Era Ends As Nintendo Continues to Ignore 3D on the 3DS

Ok, I actually like the 3D. I find it stupid that people think that everyone in the world hates 3D, and that the feature was pointless. If you didn’t like 3D, then you could simply turn the 3D off. That’s why the 2Ds is pointless. You might have kids, and you don’t want them to have access to 3D. That’s what PARENTAL CONTROLS are for. And you can’t even fold the damn thing. The thing that made the Ds line so popular (other than the double screens) is not even a feature on the 2Ds. I know they fixed this on the 2Ds xl, but it’s stull pointless because, again, you don’t have to turn on 3D on the original console!

Re: Super Mario Kart Nearly Became F-Zero 2

Did you know?

Superman 64 was originally going to be an open world game, but was drastically changed because they were being held back by DC and Warner Bros.

In other words, the game was supposed to be GOOD, but thanks to greedy companies letting the protection of their IPs take priority over actually making a good game, we have this sorry excuse for a Nintendo 64 game.

Re: Sonic 3D Blast Developer Explains Bizarre In-Game Easter Egg

Zelda_Geek

The graphics and the music are the only good things about this game. We all know that 3D Sonic games are usually......not good (not all the time though) but this doesn’t even qualify as 3D. It’s just an asymmetric view to make it seem like it’s 3D, but it’s not. It it were the case, then games like Super Mario RPG would also be 3D. Except that game has better controls. My god, the controls in Sonic 3D Blast are it’s weakest point. You would have better luck playing Superman 64 in the dark, using an Atari 2600 controller. Sonic doesn’t gain speed as you run, no, he starts running fast immediately. And trying to get him to turn is the worst. Jumping on enemies isn’t a thrill either, you often miss them! I kind of went too harsh on the game since it’s still kind of nostalgic to me, and some parts of the game are good, but at the end of the day it’s flaws make it only deserve a 5/10.
