This is great news as I really wanted to purchase the WiiWare version but was scared off by the implied difficulty in the reviews. With the Wii shop now dead I will definitely pluck up the courage to buy this on Switch.

@Paraka I feel the same way. It just seems soulless. I like to be able to root for the character that I'm playing, almost like a bond. The character in this game just doesn't do it for me; he has no personality. He's just going through the motions as a platformer wannabe.

Haha. A few hours a week??? I'm not even allowed that!!! I would pay a special edition price for Bowser (either Doug or King Koopa) to steal the wife. That would ease even more of the pain. I definitely wouldn't be putting myself in harm's way of a goomba in order to rescue her.

I agree that would be neat. Although I would much prefer an ocarina that could return me to my youth as back then I seemed to have all the time in the world to play new games.

I'm with you there. I bought both the MM & ALBW Link Nendoroids from Good Smile. As much as I love them, I'm still bitter about the import tax I had to pay.

So getting this. Only LoZ amiibo's that I can't get my hands due to the insane prices are the more recent OoT & SS Link. Btw, how do we refer to this version of Link? We've had adult, child, 8 bit, toon etc. Toy Link maybe??

I was stung with this practice with regard to Resident Evil Origins Collection. I live in the UK and imported the physical version from Video Game Plus. My fault for not doing my homework, but was still disappointed that only 0 is on the cart with a code provided for 1. To me, that is not a collection.

Is Hat in Time still coming to the Switch?

Long live the Wii. Having completed Twilight Princess Wii a month ago, and loved all 65 hours of it, I'm now 26 hours into Skyward Sword. I have my Wii hooked up to the TV with a component cable and it sits proudly alongside my Switch and PS3.

To me, this trailer comes across far better if you view it as Robotnik being the good guy whom has been called upon to help defeat an unknown intergalactic terrorist, a blue hedgehog/human hybrid/experiment. Sonic here has well and truly pulled the wool over James Marsden's eyes convincing him that he is in fact the good guy.

To be fair, Nintendo do make machine's, and game's, that can be enjoyed years later. Despite owning a Switch and a New 3DS, I have just earned my 52nd star having recently restarted Mario Galaxy on the Wii that I keep hooked up to my TV. That's the power of Nintendo.

As game rereleases go, this has to be on par with Sonic 1 & 2.

Apologies, nothing constructive to say other than "what the actual fudge!?!".

I took a punt on the first game when it was first released on the PS3 PSN and was so glad I did. What a fantastic gem of a game. I am so pleased the sequel is being released on Switch. Although I would love a physical release.

I loved my Mega Drive. I remember the day I bought it like it was yesterday. The year was 1991. I saved up my paper-round money for weeks; I was on £20 a week for 4 rounds. The day finally came - I had £150 of my had earned at the ready. Off to Woolworths me and my mate went. I was buying the bundle that came with 2 controllers (remember those days), Sonic the Hedgehog, Mega Games 1 (World Cup Italia 90, Columns & Super Hang-on) and a carry case. By fortune, my mate had a £5 off voucher for Woolworths. So with my newly purchased Mega Drive in hand, we first called off at MaccyD's where I treat us both to an extra value meal with the remaining £5 I now had. Meal consumed, it was straight back to my house where hours were then lost to 2 player World Cup Italia 90 matches. With the arrival of my Mega Drive, it saddens me now to admit that my much loved NES became a disregarded casualty that had a brief resurgence when I got Micro Machines for Christmas of that year. My Mega Drive eventually gave up the ghost in 2003 where unceremoniously it was off-loaded at the nearest house-hold recycling centre. May it RIP! Many, many good times were certainly had with an awesome piece of hardware. Off note, my personal top 5 Mega Drive games (in no particular order) would be: Sonic 2, Dynamite Heddy, Red Zone, Flashback and Toejam & Earl (loved it in 2 player, although fall-outs would always ensue due to life stealing).

@Bunkerneath Have you previously bought from Limited Run and had to pay an import tax? I only ask as I live in the UK and have Dust pre-ordered. Considering their crazy expensive shipping costs to the UK, and the fact that orders once placed are deemed final by them, I am weary that I will end up having to pay the dreaded import tax too. I've had my fingers burnt before in regard to import tax after ordering a Zelda Nedoroid figure direct from the Good Smile Company.
