Yea it was because of time travelers. I saw a guy on YouTube make 2 million in one jump of a few years. Multiply that and then try and sell bell services on eBay.
anyone who thinks Nintendo should do a subscription service doesn’t realize how good their current pricing structure has been working for their first party titles for years now.
I bough most of series 1-3 from japan for pennies like 90 packs for less than 100 bucks. The Japanese ones seem to be going for a higher price. The only thing I regret is not getting more of the happy home designer cards because they are the most rare. I got them to keep more than sell though
I think you’re taking the term perfect too literal and both those games are without question deserving of the scores they got. Not going to debate this further, the scores are in the books
The reason Nintendo isn’t letting us easily transfer saves because that’s a great way to let hackers manipulate the game/items/money and they don’t want that happening with the games expanded online features. Now I really get that but I feel like Nintendo should have been developing a good way to save and/or transfer while they were developing the game. Maybe getting feedback from users or things like that. The fact that they only realized this would be an issue after user backlash doesn’t surprise me being Nintendo, but you really hate to see them still being so out of touch in 2020.
I remember playing this at E3 2018 and not being too impressed. Hopefully the extra time did it some good. I won a huge inflatable ninjala bat for winning the demo match that I have hung on my wall and I was looking at it like two days ago and saying “ I wonder how this game did. did it ever release? “
@Thundertron55 I’m not sure if you’re well versed With either brand. Figmas are smaller scaled articulate Action figures. Nendoroids are larger scaled super deformed figures but they aren’t confined to people. They have a whole like of Disney characters too. Once you see enough nendoroids you can easily tell them apart from other brands.
Eh actually not I’ll still get it. The target detective pikachu bonuses were super easy with the pass app, just go in the parking lot, check in and scan a code someone posts on reddit.
@Yosher for being near perfect representations of classic snes controllers (and wireless at that) these aren’t very expensive at all. The officially licensed sega Saturn Replica controllers cost around the same and they were wired.
@ThatNyteDaez its 100% the correct response and its their own fault. People keep saying "oh life inst fair" "thats how it goes" well you create an atmosphere for piracy, and that's what you get,Piracy. "thats how it goes".
"life isnt fair"
honestly all the japanese Merchandise is 100% better than whatever they release over here. Its like they dont take it seriously here, but yet in japan cospa is making sonic shirts that children and even an adult would want to buy now. America/europe is trash
@sanderev just because something is legal still doesn't make it morally or conceptually ok. copyright laws are for the most part ridiculous, and alot of game companies aren't smart enough to monetize their soundtracks properly, so you just create a hotbed for pirating, and its their own fault. I have no sympathy for any corporation in that aspect.
I really feel like half the people in the comments section defending Nintendo just want to argue just to spite people who are upset over this. As a person who has numerous older RPG soundtracks on CD, game OST's can be wildly expensive and/or impossible to get, and not available on many streaming platforms. Ive had to pirate plenty of soundtracks just because i just cant get them, but a civilian telling me i shouldn't because copyright is just silly. Its not my fault nintendo, or whatever game company doesn't want my money.
( @PikaPhantom ) With that being said, streaming sites, websites, and video sites ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND when it comes to game OST's. They can and will be taken down at a moments notice. get your music copied offline and then upload it to a google music account so you can stream it privately via the web or app.
Im so tired of people acting like this game is unplayable. Ive 100% normal and hard modes on both switch and xbox versions and aside from some slowdown here and there on the switch, the game is very enjoyable. All this talk about the switch port being "terrible " is a huge over exaggeration. You could definitely still purchase this today and be fine.
Honestly 100 dollars isnt worth a smaller screen, no tv, rumble, or motion sensing functionality. The D-pad just doesnt make up for it. For me. Im sure there are plenty of people that love the price point but it doesnt seem like a good deal for the 100 dollar difference. I almost thought about using it as a mobile type of deal but for now you cannot easily share save files from a lite to a switch (eventually) and when animal crossing comes out thats going to be ridiculously difficult since no cloud saves so its a no for me.
Just release the freaking D pad Joy cons already. That would have been a better announcement than this..
I think the reviews are a bit too harsh. I’ve been a backer of this from day 2 and honestly the game was EXACTLY what the developers wanted to give us, a game that plays almost EXATCTLY like a mix of SOTN and Metroid, with generated dungeons to make the game cheaper to develop(remember this was mad by a handful of devs on a relatively small budget), AND THEY SUCCEEDED in that. The devs never over promised or under delivered.
I’m telling you this game is a love letter to SOTN and anyone who’s a fan needs to play it on hard mode. It plays pretty much exactly like it and 60-70 hours later I know I got my money’s worth. DO NOT let these reviewers make you think this is a bad game. It’s not.
@dougphisig it actually wasn’t going to be an exclusive. It was just a kickstarter game that only planned to develop for one system. Switch functionality was set sometime in between its development but was told would come a bit after release.
Why are there so many comments saying it’s not for them? Then obviously it’s not for you.... move along.
This seems like a great product but all the comments about how they either wouldn’t waste money(aka can’t afford), prefer a cheap case, or buy [insert case here] instead, are disheartening. If you can’t say something nice move along sirs.

@RPGamer cheaper to chase the cards than the amiibo themselves tbh. These cards were selling for pennies soon after they released
