@JaxonH First of all....58 million isn't a bad thing. Infact, by the end of this year, I'm confident that the 3DS will reach atleast 75 million which also isn't a bad thing.

I don't think Nintendo will give up on the handheld market because they dominate the hell out of it. I mean seriously, the fact that Fates sold million copies before half a year is itself astounding...and its not even released in UK!

Now If Nintendo wants to release their games on mobile, I have no problems there as long as they do it for experiments.....

But releasing games on mobile isn't going to help Nintendo to make those kids move over to their handhelds because why would they want to do that when the mobile games are cheaper than the handheld ones.

I personally hate mobile gaming because of the fact that they will never reach to traditional standards. I so badly want that Sonic Remastered games on PC but I know that's never gonna happen because if the mobile version's good, why port it?

NX being a hybrid is something that's asking us why on earth the Wii U couldn't do that in the first place. I don't have one but I know that if I did, I'd get great games on it.

@Ralizah Um....how can those make much use of the 3D effect? Don't get me wrong, I love to see that happen but as 3D? I don't think that will happen. Maybe the first game can happen but I don't know for the latter.

@MitchVogel Thing is, when you donate for something like charity, your money will be used for a purpose. Here it just doesn't feel like its used for a good purpose.

I still don't like Kickstarter that much. If a game is cancelled, you can't get refunds so you're money has to be that lucky enough for these guys to give the game to you.

Why isn't there a Super Mario card brand yet? Unless you go for hanafuda....in which case, its sort of there but still.

Yeah, back then, a 2D Mario game was something that I wanted to see and I got just that only with a new flavor!

After Super Mario Maker, I'm really curious just how Nintendo will make the next one. Probably add a Mario Maker Sequel or bring us another New game?

Suddenly....I lost interest into getting Litten as my starter after looking at its final evolution.

I'm now concerned of how backwards compatibility will work here.......if the NX is an all new thing like the Gamecube which didn't have backwards for N64, how can we get to play 3DS games and Wii U games besides buying the main consoles?

Maybe a Kid Icarus movie might work......after all, that series is known for breaking the fourth wall often.

And the fact that Uprising has fantastic voice acting just proves that the series can work in movies.....just saying.

Thank god it sold good. I was worried that this would have been the swan song of Star Fox as a whole.

I am right now being mocked around in the FE mobile discussion forums of how this can really screw up the FE experience if done horribly.

@NinjaAceTrainer I don't think this game alone can't come to the 3DS simply because its handdrawn and that might pixelate when on the 3DS.

Is it me or are the visuals in the game better than X&Y?

I don't think releasing VB games on 3DS would do much. I personally want a Wario game and if they remake the one on VB, I'm more than happy because I don't think all of us here played it which is sad since its the best game for the system.

@FierceRagnar @KO-Cub Either something is wrong with you or that you can't tell what horrible games that FE has overall. The series as a whole has never once gotten bad scores. Even Shadow Dragon wasn't that bad.

@AVahne I disagree. Conquest is loads of fun and has lots of variety. Birthright I can agree is shallower than Awakening but Conquest definitely is a fun game.

The problem is that movies aren't the same as games because they are their own thing and so are the games.

I get that movies do help but only if done right not something like Rachet and Clank.

Can't UK just show sales numbers instead of positions?

I'm really sick of the top charts that UK has. You will never know how good the game turned out with this chart thing in mind.

If it weren't for the 3DS, I couldn't have gotten many classic games like Link's Awakening.

Fire Emblem is what the 3DS is known for to make FE the most valuable IP for Nintendo.

I love the DS but the 3DS also is as awesome as the GBA. Hopefully, the NX is a portable system so that I don't have to buy a console and a handheld separately.

The 3DS will do fine. Fates and Pokemon alongside some key titles if lucky, will boost its sales big time! I'm very positive.

Its unfortunate that the Wii U sold poorly and we didn't even get the chance to see how Star Fox Zero sold in the end.

@JaxonH Oh so you're wrapping up Conquest? Awesome! I honestly love Conquest better than Birthright even though I didn't wrap up birthright since I've recently started it.

As for Zero, I'm actually surprised that I topped the charts. Maybe people can really see it being great.

@IceClimbers You do realize that they aren't that poor to consider going third party right? I mean yeah, eventually at some point, Nintendo might no longer be around but that will take YEARS to happen.

Comparing them to SEGA personally is just plain dumb. The reason why SEGA ended up as a third party isn't because of dumb moves they did or because of their CEO's that screwed them up.

Its because they simply weren't that into making consoles because they are simply dedicated to arcade gaming and they left the console business because they want to just continue making arcade games while at the same time, develop for consoles as well.

If you look at SEGA, they are only so strong at the arcades and never were they interested in the console market. To them, its a mere experiment to get into the console market.

Nintendo on the other hand is dedicated to making "Interactive toys" that people play with them and Consoles is one of them. So saying that they are going to be third parties sounds like them giving up their dedication and passion which is simply absurd and lame.

@DiscoGentleman Tell me about it. I honestly, never felt irritated at all when using dual screen gaming for the DS family nor for the Wii either.

It would be a dream to have Nintendo channel....where you can watch Nintendo characters animated and having fresh stories and broadening the audience further!
