Re: A New Trailer For Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury Is Airing Later Today

Nemesis666

@AtlanteanMan I'm sure what you said will happen considering what you and others said about Nintendo's 2020 and how they broke records instead with their products. You all were saying Nintendo was going to be destroyed by PS5 and Series X in the beginning of the year without a title and the Switch sold more than them on the holiday, alongside breaking records all around.

Also, the majority of the Swtich releases from Nintendo are new, not ports. Over 25 new games and 11 wii u ports from Nintendo.

Re: Nintendo Announces Super Nintendo World Direct Livestream

Nemesis666

@NEStalgia Yeah, they did nothing with Switch. They just launched almost 10 games this year, including AC New Horizons, Clubhouse Games, Paper Mario Origami King, Mario Kart Live, Hyrule Warriors Age of Calamity and so on. It's clear that the pandemic impacted their development and you clearly forget that Nintendo always have developed games on their own pacing, which is why they retain their employees. It's not black and white like you think it is.

And since when we don't know dates and new games for a year? Most of the games I mentioned literally were announced and released this year, in and outside of directs. You're just ignoring to make an argument where games are only valid if they come in a direct format, which is absurd.

Plus, this park being marketed is literally because most people don't know it exists. Universal is the one financing it for most part, with Miyamoto being on there supervising much like with the Mario movie. This direct is no different than a video, which it literally is, a video, showing the park and bringing awareness of its existence for people who in the future will go to japan.

Re: Nintendo Announces Super Nintendo World Direct Livestream

Nemesis666

@nessisonett It's as if no one is obligated to go to Japan (and no one can anyway), the park is opening in next year with some limitations as most public spaces are normal in JP and they want to market the park outside of JP for people to know that it exists when they can come to the country, which probably won't be that soon, but the mindshare needs to exist.

Re: Random: March 31st 2021 Is Becoming An Increasingly Depressing Day For Mario Fans

Nemesis666

@AtlanteanMan What the ***** are you talking about? The decision to go to theme parks and mobile literally came with Iwata in 2015 when he also announced the NX.

Half of Switch first-party library is Wii U ports? In what planet? There's 10 Wii U ports against more than 25 retail titles.

As far as Luigi's Mansion 3 and Hyrule Warriors not carrying a holiday (which you conveniently forgot Pokemon Sword and Shield), how the ***** you can say that when Switch literally brok records on 2019 and is about to break records again in this period in 2020?

Seriously, so many misinformation on your post that it hurts. A basic research shows that you're wrong on all of your fronts in a basic level.

Not even counting your worship of an executive like Iwata. you're worshiping a ***** executive while ignoring all the bad and anti-consumer decisions he made over 15 years (not 20) with your selective memory, including beginning many of current nintendo problems (fangames, youtube creators program, evo 2013 and how since the brawl days they have been trying to destroy competitive, time limited release with zelda 4 swords anniversary edition in a digital release, bad online due to Iwata not believing that online would be a good thing, not investing in HD on Wii and then being behind on Wii U as most teams were going to work for the first time on HD on Wii U, and so many things that YOU ALL criticized over the last 15 years and forgot conveniently now).

Re: "Wide Variety" Of Third-Party Titles Planned For Switch Going Forward, Says Nintendo President

Nemesis666

@Bunkerneath @JR150 Nintendo literally launched Clubhouse Games, Mario Kart Live and Paper Mario the Origami King after Animal Crossing. All titles owned (both in copyright and trademark), published and produced by Nintendo. It's not their fault if you're choosing to ignore the existence of the titles and only consider Animal Crossing as a game for some reason, but that's what I expect from Nintendo fans like you who don't know anything and also only buy Mario, Zelda and those same titles while ignore other stuff from Nintendo catalogue. Which mind you, I would understand not enjoying and buying them if you're not interested, but straight up ignoring their existence in arguments like this is disgusting.

Re: Sega Asks 650 Employees To 'Voluntarily Retire', Cuts Executive Salaries

Nemesis666

@SwitchForce You have no idea what you're talking about. Nintendo don't have problems because they are a VIDEO GAME COMPANY, with most of their revenue from Switch and software sales. Sega Sammy isn't Sega, Sega itself just reported +YoY revenue and profit. Sega Sammy is reporting problems on Resort, Arcade and Pachinko, which are all industries that NEED people to be physically on those places to pay for them, so Covid will ***** them over for subsidiaries like Sammy, Sega Entertainment (which was the arcade management company sold), among other subsidiaries on that industry.

Here's a part of Sega itself

"During the six months, the company sold over 19 million games — up from 12 million during the first half of the previous fiscal year. This was driven by a mix of back catalogue sales and new titles like A Total War Saga: Troy."

Re: Sega Asks 650 Employees To 'Voluntarily Retire', Cuts Executive Salaries

Nemesis666

My god, how much misinformation this place can have? Sega isn't struggling! Sega just posted on their financials that they have been up YoY on their revenue and profit! The PROBLEM IS SEGA SAMMY OTHER BUSINESS! PACHINKO, ARCADE, RESORTS. THINGS THAT NEED PEOPLE! For ***** sake, read the ***** report where they detail every ***** aspect of their business. Don't just read the stuff from Nintendo Life which talks as if the Sega you know is affected when they aren't at all. NO ONE from Sega is affected as their company is on software and their digital sales are all up due to covid. Only the Sammy side is affected. Only places where physical stuff is needed is affected, and video games ISN'T one of them.

It's amazing how much misinformation can be spread when sites like Nintendo Life, Kotaku and others report on financials without understanding what those financials means. And by amazing, I mean insanely stupid.

Re: Sega Asks 650 Employees To 'Voluntarily Retire', Cuts Executive Salaries

Nemesis666

I have no idea why you guys are using Sega in the title instead of Sega Sammy, Nintendo Life. Can one of your editors come here and explain to me this reasoning? Sega isn't cutting the jobs, Sega Sammy overall is. Just reading their documents shows that it's not about video games, it's about their Amusement business. If I was in your place, I would never even report this news because it has nothing to do with video games, which it's very profitable for them on this quarter.

@Ninjalaislit It's not Sega doing it, it's Sega Sammy. Sega itself have no problem because they are on the video game industry. It's amusement (Arcade+resorts+Pachinko) which are on loss because much less people were out on the period due to covid.

Re: Eighting Helped Nintendo Bring Pikmin 3 To The Switch

Nemesis666

@HotGoomba___Rebrand The ***** are you even talking about? lol Nintendo produced this game and has tons of staff on it, Eighting was just contracted for the workload of the port and new stuff. Actually open the credits and see it, for gods sake.

http://kyoto-report.wikidot.com/forum/t-13839583/pikmin-3-deluxe

@koekiemonster @nessisonett I don't know if you guys know how Nintendo is structured or who develop the games out there, but it's not how you guys think it is. Nintendo EPD developing games or not doesn't matter at all, because EPD is a developer and producer who supervises all Nintendo funded releases, with all the games that are develoepd externally having Nintendo producers and staff working on them. Most games on all consoles are developed externally, you can see it. I recommend giving a look to this thread to have an idea about how it is.

Re: Pikmin 3 Opening Week Physical Sales Were Lower On Switch Than Wii U (UK)

Nemesis666

My god, so many ultra garbage comments here, as always. Imagine seeing just the UK market and thinking that this means the same for the ENTIRE WORLD. Not only this but people forget that we're in a ***** pandemic and most of the sales are going to be digital.

My god, at least ***** wait until Nintendo gives the numbers on their financials before saying ***** like this.

Re: Nintendo Lawyers Hit Fan-Made Zelda Game With Fatal Copyright Claim

Nemesis666

This entire discussion here is irrelevant. Nintendo will still do those things, being pro or against it won't change anything. Take Two, Disney and tons of companies do similar things on their main industry. People love to cite Sega and Capcom but they forget that there's more than just two publishers in this industry, like the idiot Astrobot.

@orangepanda This mentality is one of the most idiotic out there. Companies aren't your friends and it's better that they don't try to be. Companies care only about their own bottom line, independent if they are small, medium or big.

Re: Frame Rate And Resolution For Pikmin 3 Deluxe Demo Seemingly Revealed

Nemesis666

@sixrings My "business nintendo 101" is sufficient enough to know that Nintendolife, youtube and twitter aren't representatives of the gaming market. It's shown every year how those communities are a minority. MTX, Fifa, COD, Pokemon Sword and SHield, tons of controversies, EA and Activision being the biggest third party, everything that is hated on here has different results on the reality of the market.

Re: Retro Studios Seeking Three Product Testers And A Storyboard Artist

Nemesis666

So much garbage comments here from people who have no idea how development works and think there's an actual order in tehir suspicion. Forget this game, leave those people to work instead of trying to look at hiring all the time.

@topher6490 Retro began development of MP last year, smartass. They aren't on this for 2 years.

Re: Frame Rate And Resolution For Pikmin 3 Deluxe Demo Seemingly Revealed

Nemesis666

@koekiemonster Oh my, you miss the magical of 2017? It's as if that this "magic" needs time to be done and those development teams are developing new games in that mean time, be it for Switch like Production Group 4 with BOTW2, or for future platforms, like 3D Mario. Not every team has the same quality in staff, ideas, resources and tons of stuff that BOTW, Odyssey and Splatoon 2 get (because it's only those that you all mention anyway, even though more launched). So not everything will be on your taste in video games, not will be on the same franchises you like, genres, budget, and so on. Things cater to different people.

Learn how Nintendo is structured internally by their division, subsidiaries and by their contractors and someday you'll understand why you're getting different experiences over the years.

Re: Frame Rate And Resolution For Pikmin 3 Deluxe Demo Seemingly Revealed

Nemesis666

@BranJ0 Yeah, that's probably why Nintendo released ACNH, Paper Mario Origami King, Clubhouse Games, Hyrule Warriors Calamity of Age and Mario Kart Live. lol You all can be crying on the internet but Nintendo don't care about any of you, they care about the overall market, like any company that is managed by any competent businessman.
