First of all, thanks as always for the more in-depth report.
Second, if I can bring up some things that I've noticed

1) Split Fiction doesn't have a Switch 1 version, just a Switch 2 one
2) WWE 2K25 does have a Switch 2 version, therefore the platform breakdown should be added to the chart
3) NBA 2K25 does have Switch 2 and PC versions as well, so they should be in the platform breakdown as well (but I can also see that being an issue on GfK's side )

EDIT: Oh right, the breakdown is missing for Super Mario Party Jamboree as well

One day, we'll know what happened with the report for Week 31, that never came to be (at least publicily, since the "last week" placements are not related to the Week 29 Top 40 from a quick cross-check)

Also, if I'm allowed to bring up something that should be added: since WWE 2K25 is also on Switch 2, the console splits breakdown for that game is missing

"39 Sonic Superstars Switch 87%, PS5 20%, Xbox 10%, PS4 2%"

I suppose the Switch share should be 67% rather than 87%

First-person mode in Super Monkey Ball. I sure didn't see this coming.

I know that this is the article about the previous week's sales in UK, but I suppose this is the best place to ask Are there issues with the last week's UK report? We did get the first tidbits about Mario & Luigi's performance but the full report is still missing. Is there any information on when the GfK should release the new report?

I saw that the new UK retail report has been out since yesterday but the NintendoLife's article complete with the multiplatform games' breakdown has yet to be published. Therefore, I wanted to ask if NL's article will be put out soon

Yeah, the last few weeks have been pretty quiet in terms of new retail releases but that will end with the next week's report.

Also @Olliemar28 if I can ask, even if off-topic: have you heard any news on why the weekly GfK UK report for retail sales is this late? The last time we've seen such a delay was back in November 2022

If I'm allowed to bring it up: there's no Arkham Collection on Switch (the Switch's own Arkham Trilogy is slightly higher in the chart) so the platform splits assigned to that game cannot be accurate. Is it possible that it actually pertains to Hot Pursuit Remastered? The platform splits are missing for that game, despite being on Switch alongside PS4 and Xbox One.

@LikelySatan First of all, these are retail-only charts so any contribution coming from digital storefronts is absent.
But also, from what I can see, in the last few weeks Wreckfest has been kind of given away for free with PS5 / other PS5 soft-bundles purchases at currys. The deals look to be still available as well.

So, genuine question: will there be a correction issued for the platform splits erroneously assigned to Sparks of Hope? XD

But also: from what I've seen, the Switch version of FC 24 has been out of stock for more than a week on Amazon.co.uk; is that happening across other UK retailers too?

The addition of platform splits is such a great surprise, thank you for including them from now on

Also: was Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate included in some PS5 / PS4 soft-bundles by retailers or something? The same question goes for Wreckfest honestly

Second, looks like Wonder has been enjoying a very healthy run at retail in UK, which was the expected outcome honestly

The big share increase for the Switch version of FC 24 tells me the week before this one was possibly plagued by some supply issues. Also ehi, Super Mario RPG returns in Top 20, nice!

Moreover (as usual ) can I ask for the platform splits for Hogwarts Legacy, Sonic Superstars and NBA 2K24?

@JimNorman Thank you for your answer! Interesting to see the Switch share for FC 24 declining after the last few weeks, I wonder if there were supply issues that impacted its sales over the tracked period.

This is also the third week out of the last four where the Switch version of MK1 outsold the Xbox Series one.

Yeah, that retail debut for Avatar doesn't look that great. Obviously, charting at 5th during the end of the year is much better than charting at 5th in most of the other times of the year, but this is a disappointing start for a supposedly-big title as this one.

Also, my usual question about splits Would it be possible to provide the platform splits for FC 24, Hogwarts, MK1 and also Lego Star Wars?

Looks like this was the week where the PS5 and the Switch versions of FC 24 were the closest in terms of sales of their respective versions.

Would it be possible to provide the platform splits for EA Sports FC 24, Hogwarts Legacy and Mortal Kombat 1?

But also...yeah, this is the Holiday and discount season indeed (hi, Forspoken )

It's the full BF week, so dropping down to 17th might not even be a sign of bad second-week legs for Super Mario RPG, contrary to what tends to happen in other weeks of the year.

Also, hopefully it isn't too bothersome to ask for the split breakdown across all platforms of Hogwarts Legacy

@Olliemar28 Thank you once again for the splits! Relatively to the PS4 and Xbox SKUs, the Switch version of FC 24 did see slight further progress (it's now ahead of the PS4 one), but the Black Friday deals boosted the PS5 version to a massive degree. Also, incredibly funny to see MK1 getting 25% of its sales coming from the Switch version; BF miracles, I guess...
Was expecting a bigger share of sales coming from the Switch version of P5T, but I could chalk this up to the UK market displaying a relative stronger Sony-favouring bias compared to others.

If I can ask for even further platform split breakdowns, would you be able to provide the ones for Lego 2K Drive and Security Breach?

I was kind of expecting Bluey to see an uncharacteristically high debut in UK for a children-focused tie-in game: the signs have been pretty encouraging on Amazon.co.uk for quite a while. I'm quite honestly in the camp of the fools who think it may outsell Avatar: Frontiers of Pandoria. Yeah, I know

Also, if I may ask: would it be possible to share last week's platform splits for FC 24 and Persona 5 Tactica?

The Switch version keeps on increasing its share of overall retail sales week-over-week; not the first time it has happened but interesting to see this pattern repeating itself even with a non-Legacy Edition, close to fully featured, full price (although still cheaper than the PS5 / PS4 / Xbox versions).

Honestly, I was expecting a bigger drop for Modern Warfare III, but it's not impossible that the PS5 bundles kind of softened it in the end.

Yeah, unfortunately WarioWare: Move It! is looking like an important decline compared to Get It Together, and not just in UK.

The Second Story R had a better debut than The Divine Force in terms of ranking (16th v.s. 18th), but we can't go much further than that since we're talking about ranking positions after all
